I usually get okay customer service but today was exceeded my expectation. I went to pick up contacts and glasses and usually expect to just leave and pick up. However Richard I believe was his name took his time to adjust them properly to my face and explain the reason why each side is adjusted differently. He was very friendly and appeared to really enjoy his work. The front receptionist ladies as well helped out a lot and took their time to help. (: 10/10 service.

The no name frames are very overpriced, though the customer service is good the products are outdated and pricey.

Your Representative is the finest I have seen in any service transaction I have had. Professionally knowledgeable fast courteous she deserves a Christmas bonus. Good help is hard to find these days and even hard to keep. She treats the customer right and you should treat her right.

The gray-haired lady was very helpful by explaining how progressive lenses work and what to be careful about. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I did not feel rushed at all. It also did not take that long to put my information into the system and order my glasses.

After having my exam I walked over to see about getting my prescription put in a set of frames. I wanted to look around and see. what option I had and if my insurance was excepted. The woman who helped me was very unenthusiastic about helping me overall. It was almost like I was bothering her. She didn't ask me what type of frames I wanted or even try and show me around the store to where I could find the frames for women. There were no other customers in the store other than the one being helped by the other sales associate.I ended up leaving. I will take my prescription somewhere else or order online.

Drove to Fayetteville from Clayton. This Visionworks was in network with my Davis Vision Plan. However the Doctor who I had a confirmed appointment with did not accept my Davis Vision network option. Visionworks and this Doctor need to be on the same page. What a waste of a day. Staff at the Doctor's office was very nice though. Very disappointed with the rest of the process
