I worked with Roman Pacheco at this location. He was great with customer service and very knowledgeable. Type of representative you would want at any customer facing job! Great job again Roman.

Jason, one of the managers is a CLOWN. He does not understand what the words Customer Service mean. If the store does not close until 8 and the customer is in the store 13 minutes prior, you do not ask them to return the next day.

Verizon targets military for ads, but refuses to live up to claims and is unwilling to help when they overcharge you.
This store can't actually help with anything, they'll direct you to call somewhere else, who won't actually log the call and blame you for not calling. Stay far away.

They over promise and underdeliver, me and my Gf came from two different carriers. We were promised the $25 a line and we got 4 lines. Long story short how is my bill now $192. I came from TMobile and tbh the service was about the same if not better at TMobile. I'll tell you as soon as I can change I will becuase Verizon is filled with false promises and they'll sucker you to join and then increase your bill when you can no longer leave without penalty.

After being on the phone with tech support for over an hour and my issue was unresolved, I went to the Verizon store on Skibo. I was greeted by the staff and Jay was able to fix my issue on my son’s phone in less than 5 minutes. I had also purchased a new phone for myself and wanted to get it from the locker. Jay and Andrew were very helpful in getting me setup and making sure I had everything I needed. I guess I went on the perfect day because all the staff were engaging and while I waited for my info to transfer to my new phone, they all seemed to be great. Thanks for your help.

Was never greeted upon arrival. We walked around and then sat down. Was waiting about 15 minutes and the manager of the location greeted people whom just walked into the store. My husband walked up to the manager and told her that his wife was waiting and pointed to where I was sitting on a bench. Manager said I was already checked in. My husband looked at over at me and I shook my head no. So he came over to me and asked had she checked me in. I said no. He went back over to where mgr continued to talk with customers whom came in after us and told her that we were never checked in by anyone. She said she will get someone to assist us. A associate named jennelle came right over and said her name and asked how she could assist us. I showed her my id and discussed why I was there. She helped us and apologized for her own managers failure to assist us. I told Jennelle her manager sucked! But we did appreciate her (Jennelle) helping us.We left Verizon . Manager should not have a position anywhere with that type of unprofessionalism. I would suggest reprimanding her and find a new manager.

Ask for Ian. He’s an incredible associate. He’s attentive, knowledgeable and never tries to sell you anything through the whole interaction. I went in for an upgrade and to adjust my plan. He did exactly that and I walked up the door with very minimal spent; even less than I was expecting! He also set me up on the perfect phone plan for me, saving me money!

I want to start by saying that I have been using this Verizon for years and I've had for the most part only wonderful experiences over those years. Recently I came in to discuss upgrade possibilities I had received an E-mail about. Immediately Jenell & Andrew came to my aid. It was pretty fantastic to have TWO minds on my questions because not only was I able to understand the full extent of the upgrade offer I had received, but I was also given VERY intuitive guidance to make the ABSOULTE best use of my time and my wants. It was extremely refreshing to be able to discuss causally my intentions and desires without the pressure of a representative pressuring me into making a decision or upgrade. Jenell and Andrew are frankly two of the best minds that I have had the pleasure of working with out of this location and I would encourage anyone making a trip to Verizon to wait for the chance to work with either of them.
Lastly, I returned the following day and manage to get the help of Andrew again. This time I was inquiring about addition line information and such. He was more than accommodating during the experience. He indulged my outlandish questions that helped secure my confidence in an otherwise foreign area of my phone plan. This was my first time customizing my plan in such a way, so I was cautious, and he was right there walking me through every step. Granted, it turned out to be rather simple, but Andrew made sure to make the appropriate notes on my account to ensure I received all the perks I was supposed to get and double checked everything before ultimately wrapping things up. In the end my bill actually went DOWN 5$ so that was certainly a plus considering I just ADDED features. So, I digress, if you plan on making a trip here in the near future, I encourage you to request either Jenell or Andrew.

Was referred to one of their bigger stores. NO customer service. We weren’t greeted upon our arrival or departure. You scan in nowadays. In fact, one of the Verizon employees looked at me directly and proceeded to ignore me. If you need Verizon, go to the 7952 Raeford Road for EXCELLENT Customer Service.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Verizon. My dad was misled by a salesman who promised a 2-year family plan, but upon signing, it turned out to be a 3-year contract. My dad, who struggles with reading, trusted the verbal agreement, only to be deceived. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize commissions over honesty and dignity. Customer trust should never be sacrificed for short-term gains.

This place is full of incompetent sales reps. I've been to this store twice in the last month because I was charged three times for a 1-month prepay service request. I walk in and everyone suddenly goes cross-eyed. And the little black guy with glasses eavesdrops ALL day! Bro, DO YOUR JOB...NO ONE IS TALKING TO YOU!
