Terrible customer service they promised my husband to deliver a beautiful arrangement he paid 154.00, they deliver dead flower and rushed out the office before I got them. My husband came to pick them up I was so embarrassed when he got there he ask if they would deliver that to his mother or wife no response and did not return his full payment minus the delivery fee. Yet my husband came out of his way to deliver them back to them. Dont waste your time with this florist. Terrible service and Dead arrangements!!!!! Valentines day disaster!!!

My family worked with David on the flowers for my mother's funeral. They were absolutely gorgeous! Beyond our expectations, so thankful for David and his artistry. We will always recommend him and continue using Valentines. Thank you David for doing a great job.

I am a native of Fayetteville and in my 29 years on this Earth I have never received flowers from Valentine’s EVER, until this past weekend. My wonderful bf purchased an enormous red rose and lily bouquet for the grand opening of our spa for me. They were absolutely gorgeous and very fragrant. The were delivered Saturday but mid morning by Monday, the Roses had started to droop. I was saddened. I gave the store a call to voice my concerns. Valentine’s took care of it right away. They delivered a fresh bouquet same day. We will continue to use and recommend this company to anyone we come across in need of flowers.

I ordered a small and simple Dutch bouquet and 4 simple boutonnieres. The cost was $127, which I thought was outrageous, but I didn't have time to shop around and I wanted to support local business. I asked if he had anything with the color peach in stock and got a 10 minute speech on how that is an old color and no one uses that anymore. Well, I was using it so I asked. Not to mention "blush" and pale peach are very popular colors right now in the wedding world. I arrived on Thursday morning to pickup my order. We had agreed for 10am on Thursday and they said they would have it ready by Wednesday night even. They had no clue when arrived. They had not made a single thing and even argued with me about the time of my own event, saying it was Friday. They told me to hold on and threw together a very unattractive bouquet and 4 boutonnieres. The bouquet literally had 11 white roses ( not even a dozen) and absolutely no greenery or anything else to spruce up the bouquet. They did this work in 10 minutes. Never mind that I already paid $127 for this. I also got to hear the speech again about how no one is using peach. Furthermore, I had told them that white was fine and not to worry about peach since it was an issue. But I had to hear it again. Not only were they very unprofessional, but they overcharged and certainly didn't care how they came off. During a time of Covid, I would have like to believe they would appreciate the business. I took my flowers and left, not willing to have a verbal battle with a business the day of such a special event for my family and me. It's just not worth it and I shouldn't have been put in the position by a place that I was doing business with. And by the way, I went to Harris Teeter afterwards and they had several bouquets of beautiful peach roses. I guess it's not an outdated color after all.
