GOD FORBID they work to actually get packages on time. they've been doing nothing but babysitting my package for way longer than the expected delivery date, this place is atrocious.

The postal "worker" refused to send my package because the "From" was blue and the "To" was red, and he thought "hardliners" would think it looked too much like priority mail colors and send it back. That logic makes zero sense, none.
Then, I said, "Well, then can I borrow a marker and cross out the words 'from and 'to?' And he said no.
I have never had a package rejected nor have I encountered someone in oublic service with such a blatantly stupid idea, someone who shouldn't be employed by the government. For whatever it's worth, I will follow-up, even though the Postal Service is largely unaccountable.

What is the actual number to this facility? Not the 1800 number.. my packages are not being picked up like they normally do. Idk if the normal carrier has been out and he got a replacement but no one has come to pick up my packages since the 4th and these are pre paid labeled. What’s going on??

I CANNOT STAND UPSP SERVICES!
I was expected a cake that was mailed from Georgia. This is why I don’t use USPU they’re trash with their delivery expectations now. You pay extra to get the items there by a certain date and it never I mean never arrives. This is why I personally only use FedEx or UPS. I didn’t have a choice in the matter since the item is being sent to me. I really cannot stand this government based service anymore and strongly encourage people to use another service maybe then they will improve!

Carter was working when I came in to mail out my package. He ignored me, then laughed when I asked what register he wanted me at. He never took my package and just pretended I didn’t exist. I’ll pay extra to mail out through fed ex or UPS since the USPS post office on Ramsey is selective as to who they wish to wait on.

The Fayetteville postal distribution center is the sum-up of government subsidization and poor management + lazy inept workers, once my packages arrive at this location, they will sit for upwards of a week with no movement, and I'll be lucky if they are sent to the correct postal office. More than once I have had packages sent to multiple different "local post office for delivery" hours away, only to be updated and told that the "label was incorrect, but we are working on it" only for the package to arrive days later, and the label be 100% correct, and this only happens coming out of this location.
I hope to god that USPS has some sort of system where the individuals responsible for the abysmal service and lack luster performance, as I would bet money on the fact this has to be one of the worst performing USPS locations in the entire country.

I beg you go anywhere else ! These are some of the most unprofessional, unaware people I’ve ever worked w! I actually broke down from frustration! I went to get a PO Box and was told I was missing something different each time ! Not to mention I called to verify that I had everything and they told me something totally different

My mail either sits here for a week or gets sent to the completely wrong city. I literally live 15 mins away, and they regularly send my packages several cities over.

Just a word of advice; If your package is not Amazon Prime, then expect it to sit at this location for AT LEAST a week before it moves on. I have had it happen multiple times, and finally was able to get a human on the phone, at that location, and she said, "It's Amazon Prime. If it's not Amazon Prime, then it's not a priority."

The USPS loses about 10% of my mail. And 99.99% of that is lost here in Fayetteville distribution center. There are evidently some well compensated employees working there. Lets give them the benefit of doubt that the packaging labels are unreadable. My question would be WHAT HAPPENS TO ALL THE LOST MAIL AND PACKAGES? On average 1 to 2 per month of my mail personally goes missing from there.
