Do not waste your time. Staff are rude and non-helpful. The prices for empty envelopes are overpriced too. Just go to UPS.

I really wish I had the option to give 0 stars. It’s sad that I work hard to provide for my kids only to have the workers at this facility continuously steal my packages. The workers here needs to be investigated. It even got to the point where they just didn’t care anymore and would come to my door with an opened ,empty box to deliver. I have video footage of this incident and I do plan on taking this matter to court. My baby is tubefed and his equipment is always marked “delivered in mailbox” but I never received it. The holidays are coming up and once again my package has said “delivered in mailbox”, but yet it’s nowhere to be found. When I contacted usps about the incident I was told that it was going to be investigated and they’ll get back to me, I haven’t heard back from them since then. Almost as if they really don’t care. This is really sad. I do hope someone does a big investigation on the whole facility.

I will drive out of my way to go to another post office to avoid the workers at this post office!! They always have an attitude and make up arbitrary rules to make you pay more than you should.I recently sent out an envelope that contained stickers to a friend in the UK. One of the workers made me fill out a customs form, which I have no issue with, but then the worker said that my envelope had to be big enough to put the entire customs form on the envelope which made me have to put it in a bubble mailer since I could not find an envelope large enough (the envelope I was using was already 6 1/2 by 8 3/4) which skyrocketed the price to send it to over $18!!! Oh and the best part, when my friend received it her post office tried to charge her $16 to pick it up so I told her to just reject it!! I send letters/stickers to other countries all of the time and have never been asked to do this before. Upon calling USPS customer service the person I spoke with on the phone said that envelope didnt need to be big enough to attach the entire form to. Refund? Of course not! And yesterday I went back to the post office to send another letter, this time to Canada, and was not told I had to put a custom form on it but the worker pulled out a contraption, slid my envelope through it which it was able to do just fine but she told me that it has to fit “comfortably”, whatever the heck that means. When I questioned it she rudely said “I’ll take it” but at that point I didn’t trust that she would actually make sure it was sent out safely and declined. Also while I was there yesterday I watched another worker berate an old man and his wife because he accidentally put the wrong zip code on a package he was sending out (they were sending a trophy to someone). The way these workers speak to the customers just makes me sick. They act as if they hate their jobs and the customers and if that is true then QUIT!!! Don’t work there if you hate it so much!!ALSO, when my husband was there sending out the envelope that they charged us $18 for the workers also lied and harassed a customer that was in the post office recording which he is legally allowed to do!! They lied and told him that he couldn’t record and the kicker is that he was in there recording a paper that was put up that declared that it was LEGAL AND ALLOWED for someone to record in a post office as long as they were recording public areas!!! If I could give this post office and its staff negative stars I would. They used to have some nice workers but I haven’t seen them in a very long time and now it is filled with rude employees that hate their customers. Go to Ramsey Street or downtown and save yourself the hassle of trying to send anything through the Elm Street USPS!!

Horrible customer service. Delivery drivers are lazy and do not do the right thing by actually going to the door to delivery a package. Instead, they just leave a note in the mailbox then lose tracking information.

Lady at the counter was extremely rude to me today. I patiently waited while she broke her computer and called for backup to help with the line. By the time a computer was available for her to help me, instead of assisting me with what I had to do to get my package mailed, she made me get out of line TWICE with instructions that would have taken me 30 seconds at her counter. When she told me to get out of line the second time for no reason, I left to take my money to a busier, yet friendlier post office. I won’t be going back here again if this is how you treat your paying customers!

The rudest lady works at the front… I said hey I’m here to mail this and she goes mail what. Like lady obviously the thing in my hand… avoid this place if you can

I don't understand all the negative comments because I have never had a problem at my local post office. The clerks have always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes you need to go in with the attitude that you're going to treat others the way you want to be treated.

Maybe the clerk was having a bad day, maybe she's a garbage person. Either way, had the worst customer service experience of my life here. Rude, condescending and unhelpful. Short line, so that was nice.

If you can don’t go here, they will threaten to withhold your mail and are very confrontational. I told Michael after he explained to me why I didn’t get my package that I was gonna handle my business and fix my stuff. Instead of helping me he proceeded to talk me in circles about receiving my own stuff I came to pick up, after they lied and said they attempted to deliver and never did. WEIRD.

I went to the post office to drop a package. The mail clerk had an attitude and said take somewhere else. Tried to explain her the situation, but she did not want to listen. Throughout the whole dialogue she kept she's not going to go argue and I wasn't. I believe she was trying to make a scene for no reason. I understand working on weekends isn't for everybody, but you have an obligation to maintain a professional manner no matter. If I could find the complaint box I will definitely report her.

Since when is it acceptable for mail persons to lie. You never brought my package and lied and said you did then told me to come pick it up. You have gotten beyond useless.

WOW!! The childish rudeness from the front staff is deplorable! They all scurry off and make you wait for the rudest lady with glasses and no name tag to be unprofessional and give an attitude after she gets an answer to a question she asks and doesn’t know the answer to. No politeness anywhere in this location. They talk more among themselves and get on their phones more than giving good professional service but apparently good service is a thing of the past.
