This place is terrible now they've gone out of buisness. Now I'm starting over at another financing place. But I'm glad they re gone. CUse they sucked my vehicle is terrible and I paid to much for it. I gave them 3,000 down and I never understood where that money went.

Update… April 2023 all payment made on time or early US Auto is closed my car is under warranty and the engine needs to be replaced all good huh nope US Auto hasn’t been paying the warranty company so my car is no longer covered US Auto gave me the run around which really sucks because I loved that car. Don’t buy from them months later I still can’t get them on the phone because now my account is in collections at no fault of mine

I bought a car from them in October and after I did it started acting up. We contacted the dealer and they wouldn’t do anything. Next thing you know two weeks after getting it the dang thing threw a timing chain. They sold me a lemon and they expect me to make payment on it. I refuse to do it. Can you say lawsuit waiting to happen

Jasmine sold my son a car with all warranties. They will not stand behind warranties. They have 2000.00 of my money and my car. Having to hire attorney. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE..YOU WILL GET SCREWED.

I worked with Kevin. He was extremely helpful and professional. We played phone tag for about 2 weeks before I was finally able to come in and he was nothing but helpful the entire time. I would gladly recommend this location and Kevin to anyone who is looking to purchase their next vehicle.

I bought a vehicle from this place July 8th, 2022 My car has been in & out pep boys every since. I’ve been given the run around by the dealership everyday. Everyday it’s oh take it to pep boys do this. It’s a whole run around about returning the car. Do yourself a favor & don’t buy a car here.

They sold me a mess up car and I try to give it back the same week and the next week they refused to take it ... My car stay at pep boys more then I have it ..and the value on the car is not what they got my loan for so I have a lawyer looking into the problem now...they never answer the phone and they never have the right answers ..I will never ever get a car or reference anybody to get cars from this place ...the miles on the car are so high and it's not worth the prices at all so think twice before u get a car from here ...I'm still waiting on the manager frank to get back to me and it been over a month my car been in the shop ..I have not had this car for 5months they should've took it back but that tells u alot bout this place the cars not worth it at all
