Terrible customer service. I arrived with two large packages for Amazon returns. There was no one in the line so I just walked straight up to the register since it was a shorter walk. Another lady arrived after me and went through the line and the guy at the register told me that he couldn’t take me until I go through the line even though I was right in front of him and I got here before the other lady. He said we could argue about it but I needed to go through the line. So here I am with two large packages moving through an empty line just to ”follow the arrows” and the lady that arrived after me was helped before me.

I was escaping a dangerous situation out in Fayetteville so I took 2 totes and 1 luggage to this store to have shipped to a family member. Only the luggage and 1 tote arrived. I went to a UPS store that was near by and they then sent me to the hub when talking to the hub they said it did not show my tote had left the store and recommended I call the store. The store said it was waiting for delivery at the Mebane hub, so I asked for their contact info for that hub. They could only give me the info for hopemills hub, so when I called hopemills they said it was reported as missing. I then asked for the information for the Mebane hub and they could not provide it.
I filed a claim and then got an email saying a check was coming my way for a very small amount. My life was in that tote, medication, computer, clothes, shoes, etc. the two totes were identical, how does one magically go missing? I don’t think the claims guy even tried to locate it. He seen it was marked as lost and wrote up a check.
When I called a lady answered and I was asking questions and she kept trying to send me off to some other location then took my info. I explained that what she had mentioned about the details of how the insurance is brought up when shipping was never explained and she argued it’s always explained. The guy helping us with the two different eye colors did not explain anything about how the insurance works and I’m assuming it’s because there was a line out the door.
So no one cares if you’re running from an abusive situation, your life is in that package and no one will help me contact the hub it was marked “lost” at. So great the Mebane hub Steals from its customers and this location is of no help to actual look for your missing items.

The girl at the counter was upset with me. She said it wasn’t her job, as in to show me on the app how to find the code to send an item back to Amazon. Never had service like this before!

une 6th, 2024, the employees were courteous and professional- and appeared to value their work and their customers. I experienced quick, efficient service (Westwood Plaza, Fayetteville, NC), which added to the smooth flow of my day. Someone else would appreciate experiencing that kind of service as well. Thank you for that.

Unbeknownst to me, I had accidentally boxed up my keys to my car, house, job, etc... when I dropped a package off yesterday late afternoon. Needless to say I was stressed. After several phone calls, I was able to talk to the manager at this location since my packages had not been picked up yet, and he was a LIFESAVER!! He was kind enough to find the packages and open them up to find my keys in one of the boxes. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me. God bless him.

They really are the most reliable shipping company, 6 months ago I moved to another city and shipped all my belongings through UPS, and everything arrived perfectly as I shipped it, now I ship all my shipments using UPS, customer service is also a 5 stars, keep it up

Your employees are absolutely some of the worst postal workers I have ever encountered. The female up front was Ill mannered and condescending and the male in the back with the long hair wanted to make snarky comments the entire time that I was in the store. All of your employees need more customer service training.

The 5’7 male CS rep with long hair has a terrible attitude and ruins the credibility of the rest of the crew. Also if you have a USPS package, take it to the USPS post office to drop off. USPS packages end up going missing from this location. They don’t take responsibility because they can’t scan them in so your USPS packages are NOT secure here. You are better off to go to the USPS post office even if the line is long.

I just visited the store today, 3/27/24. I needed to send documents to an out of state clerk of courts office and include a return envelope and label. I really had no idea the best way to do this. Torey provided outstanding service, was extremely patient with me, took my questions and helped me get my documents sent off. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future.

Hey Ann ShawI got some real issues with your establishment and your employee. I took my nephew to get his passport application sent away and of course it gets lost which it happens no big deal, but to have the package returned to us is a real issue. Your ill informed employees refused to help all they could do is try to send me to the shipping warehouse where I've been to already to no avail. Or call corporate which no human from this country will talk to you.Obviously this is frustrating but your employee (a greasy tattoo girl with face piercings and a lazy attitude) threw my receipt back at me while I was filling out a claim and after I finished handed the claim back to her she just stood there and refused to say anything further. Like I'm supposed to know your procedure.I haven't even told you the worst part, I said these documents are important for my nephew he needs his passport and she had the audacity to say "maybe he should've stayed in Mexico" .Ann Shaw please address this cause I'm 6'1 and I felt intimidated by this small girl.
