This location is not very knowledgeable on signing car titles with joint ownership. The notary made a mistake in her instructions on how The title needed to be signed. Because of the mistake, I was told I would need to get another title from the DMV. This was a very costly mistake and they did not acknowledge they dropped the ball

I’ve never been to this location in the morning and evening and it has more than 1 person working . 1 person versus 8 people and phones ringing . But midday when everyone’s at work it’s fully staff , either they don’t know their peak hours or bad customer service is the goal either way it’s despicable.

The gentleman assisting me today asked the help of an older lady there. He’d accidentally put the shipping label on crooked to where the barcode was bent over. She said that’s fine. I asked don’t they need to be able to scan the barcode and she replied “That’s not your problem” I said I’m sorry but how is that not my problem. And as I was trying to get out another question to better understand, she very rudely and impatiently interrupted with “what is it?” And cocked her head to the side with attitude. I have NEVER been treated so rudely before which prompted me to write my very first review EVER! The entire time she assisted with my package, I received nothing but attitude and rude remarks. Like when I told her I can’t have my address on here and to please list the receiver as the sender as well because I am a public figure and I wish to not disclose my address and her remark was “that makes no sense”. I will never come back to this location as long as she is there. This happened on 8/6/2024 between 1pm-1:24 pm. I need management to look into this encounter from this employee.

Don't expect them to open on time. There is a line outside 10 minutes after open time waiting for them to unlock the door.

The worst customer service on Ramsey. I don’t think the management actually understands the customer’s keep the company going. Or let me rephrase on their level, we pay for shipping, we pay ups. Not we get pay for an ups rep to come to work nasty attitude everyday. Someone else will be glad to take my money with a smile.

I’ll give a one star for the young regular employees but that old miserable lady Dee and that need a new wig person really shouldn’t be working customer service, the ignorance of these two here are beyond comprehension. Dee ask me why was my ups package at the ups store, how lazy are these fools. I will now reroute my business to Westwood, I rather drive across town then deal with this mess any longer, the rudeness is beyond disbelief. And the sad part is they think they’re smart. 2 damn old idiots. Don’t stop here, spend your money with the Postal service or a 3 party company. And someone please help that rude lady touch up that ugly wig.

This location is horrible. The employee locked the doors at 4:49pm and was rude to the customers trying to walk in. Store closes at 5pm!

the young lady they have working the front register is extremely incompetent, there was no reason for her to print out a Next Day shipping label when I needed just the Standard shipping. I told her multiple times I needed Standard, not Next Day, and she caught an attitude.

RUDE! Customer service has never been great when coming to drop off packages or have printing done, but today I was done! I will take my business to the UPS at Westwood from now on. Very friendly and helpful.

I needed to pack and ship art to my home in a different state, and Miss Dee was absolutely amazing! She packed everything, showed me how she was packing it and why she used certain materials, and was an all around joy. Seriously, I can't stop talking about Miss Dee, and I wish all UPS stores had employees like her!
