Waited for a package that was paid to be delivered overnight. Spoke with customer service all she did was say I’m sorry it’s not there it will be delivered by 7 maybe the truck you saw on the tracker wasn’t your truck and it went right in front of my house. UPS has lost all my trust in their ability to deliver a package on time.
Still no phone call or text that it’s lost.
Bad service.

This is an advanced auto parts store. This is not an ups access point. However they said that they would take UPS packages if they were already labeled and ready to drop off
