Kudos to Ms Dani who represented Ulta in the most professional and mindful manner. She listen to my concerns regarding my current makeup. Dani changed my day and night beauty regimen. She advance my skin beauty routine and helped me understand the process. I am beyond grateful with my results and new found respect for my self care. Kudos once again Dani!!!

Shawntay was a very welcoming and helpful associate. She was very informative about the skincare products that I wanted to use. I would give a 10/10 rating if it was possible. Definitely a special person in the Ulta store.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times, usually looking for products popular on social media not really knowing what would work for me but today I got amazing service from the Clinique consultant Shawntay who actually took the time to explain certain products I was interested, answer questions and helped hand pick products that would likely work best for me. She also showed me some great make up products and techniques to apply and helped make me feel beautiful on a budget, 10/10 highly recommended the store for a wide variety of products/Brands and Shawntay if you need anything!

They have a habit of NEVER saving welcome in when black people walk in the store. This has happened a numerous amount of times. Not only with me but with family and friends as well. Calling corporate because I’m tired of yall nonsense.

Jailene was super amazing and helpful . I am not a makeup girly but she talked me through everything and really helped me get started on my journey . I had a list of 15 things and she helped me find every single product !!!! I will be coming back to see her again in the future . She gave me her best recommendations and I didn’t feel any pressure or annoyance she was great ! Thanks

I truly loved this store. I had an amazing experience shopping here. The staff helped me find everything I needed. I honestly wasn’t shopping for perfume but Michelle was so helpful and almost allowed me to smell every available tester. I couldn’t leave without purchasing. I also loved my checkout with Blakke. Thank you so much from a customer visiting from MS. I’ll definitely be back.

I needed to get a new foundation. There was no one available to help. The Lancolm rep. came over and tried to help. She said someone may be available soon. I waited and ended up leaving. Went to Belk got helped in just a matter of minutes. Bought foundation and a lipstick. The salesgirl even gave me a free lipstick! Great customer service. Sorry you didn't get the sale.

Fantastic experience at the salon. Suhaylah was great! I booked a keratin treatment and didn’t know there were different kinds. She explained them to me and I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I walked out feeling like a million bucks! Would definitely recommend her for your curly hair needs.

Forgive me for misspelling and forgetting a name but Jailene and the Clinique girl (I think Chante but I honestly don’t remember lol I was shopping too long) working on 7/16/2024 at around 6-7pm were absolutely amazing. What I was searching for was out of stock but I was recommended an amazing shampoo and was also introduced other ouai products, which I didn’t need but am obsessed with now LOL! and Jailene up front helped me get a deal, free products with my purchase and was super patient with all the things I ended up getting. I honestly went in for only shampoo but ended up spending $300 because of all the awesome suggestions and the good vibes from the girls there! They actually made me want to shop and not feel annoying with all my questions. Love this place sm the Ulta girlies/ppl are def a vibe ? ? ?
