TV didn't work first night and when I called down to tell them, learned phone didn't work either. They were very nice and had it fixed the second day but the first night I had no television.

I like how spacious the rooms are. Kitchenette is nice. Breakfast is good and WiFi seems to work. Lamp shades are a bit tattered and the desk is nice but wobbly.

We stayed 3 days and not once did we receive room service. We had to go to the front desk to request towels and trash bags. We did not receive any type of apology either.Nearby activities: We were were in close proximity of the mall, Sam's Club and Wal-Mart.Walkability: We could walk to Sam's club, and other restaurants.Food & drinks: The hotel only provided breakfast; however restaurants and bars stones throw away.

First of all the morning shift is amazing night shift not sure much.on November 12th I was followed by a security guard simply for asking for some toilet paper. I then called the front desk to complain and told that he was making his “rounds” lol this hotel is weird especially if you’re African American, be careful. This is the second time I have been harassed at this hotelThe first time the security guard took a pic of the license plate of my rental truck. Not sure what he got out of that but okay. ?

We stayed there on Oct.27-29 of 2023. We felt secure in a well lit parking lot and close to our room. Location was ideal for our need. The front desk help were personable.Upon loading our luggage in the room, my wife started to organize the kitchen to her liking, she found that some of the dishes were not clean, and low and behold there were cockroaches. we complained to the front desk. the one on the evening shift said there will be no adjustment could be made since we booked it with Price line. When we checked out, I complained to the day shift front desk, she said the manager could make the adjustment, but she is not in, need to call the following day. Which I did and it rang for a long time, no one answered, and no voice mail was set up to leave a message. I complained to Price Line and they did not address my concerns or call me back or send an email to acknowledge my complaint. We left our luggage in the garage for few days making sure we did not bring a back hitchhiker.Rooms: Cockroaches will be your room mateNearby activities: Does not applySafety: Well lit parking lot. we felt safe there.Walkability: Close by to our favorite restaurantFood & drinks: Does not applyNoteworthy details: Friendly front desk staff

Absolute worst Marriott property I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. Hotel is dirty, staff was rude and unaccomodating. Restrooms were dirty and the room was unhygienic. There were several dead cockroaches in the room. When I reported this the staff said that I shouldn't worry about it.Lily, the manager, was incredibly rude and made inappropriate comments. By far the worst experience I've ever had in a marriott. I would not touch the breakfast buffet because it was dirty and the coffee area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.Overall I would rather stay at a motel 6. I ended up in a nice Hilton property thr next night because this place was so disgusting and the manager, Lily Schmidt, was rude and inappropriate.I don't mind a dirty hotel but a rude manager is uncalled for. Makes me think less of marriott overall.Rooms: Room was disgusting. There was toothpaste left over in the sink and multiple dead insects. The hotel smelled terrible and Lily was an absolute beast.Safety: Would not trust this staff, especially with the manager, Lily in charge. Felt like she would steal given the chance

Impressive. Miss D, Ce Ce, Katie and the entire staff were amazing. They made us feel like we were home. I can not recommend this location highly enough.Our 2 bedroom suite was immaculate and the outside property was extremely well maintained. Kudos to all involved in making this hotel a place we will visit every trip we make.Rooms: We have stayed at other locations of this brand and this location is far above the grade compared to the others.Safety: This hotel always has the doors locked which provides an added sense of safety during our stay.

Friendly staff. Nice room. Clean facilities. Great location right next to Walmart! Plenty of parking. The security guard made me feel a little uneasy, but I guess that’s part of his job.

I always enjoy staying at any Marriott, and the TownPlace Suites is a great place to stay. Great location, about 7 minutes from Fort Bragg. Friendly staff and good breakfast service. The only problems were that the king suite layout wasn't exactly practical, and there was a large cockroach in my room on the first night. The pullout sofa bed overlapped with the actual bed blocking off half the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay at the TownPlace Suites!Walkability: Restaurants, Walmart, and Sam's Club are all within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very kind and courteous. Also because it's between a Walmart and Sam's Club, it was all I needed. Only wish the pool was larger, but that's too expensive of a change. However it's a great place in my opinion.Rooms: Room was a good size.Walkability: Easy to access nearby Walmart and Sam's Club.

While this place allowed pets, which was why we chose to room here, staying here for a month and a half, you will see things you shouldn’t and conversations your shouldn’t hear.Dawn was very kind, the kindest one there. As far as for some , management should not be gossiping with the staff, for leadership sets the example.I witnessed Candid, Lilly, CeCe, Jessica Rebecca, and Katie in particular, gossiping about guests in front of other guests carelessly.There was also a privacy concern with being recorded in the rooms. I brought this up to the maintenance person there named Tony. I was told that it was for Netflix and other apps on the TV. After doing my research, this device is technology called Catapult. Catapult is used for sports analytics for athletes, and also monitoring, tracking, and video recording. We had concerns about being recorded which is violating our privacy as well as other guests that are unaware.A facetious Wi-Fi is set up here as well called Marriott Bonvoy_conference room. The staff was told about this as well with other guest complaints, however, nothing was done for the Wi-Fi still remains. Breaching people’s privacy and exposing guests information to hackers is wrong.Some of our clothes were also missing. We reported this to the front desk and the staff member Katie, thought that it was funny and laughed.The last week here, we saw roaches on the stairwell and in the corner of the bedroom ceiling.A informational complaint was reported to the Marriot brand as well with all theses concerns.Though we tried giving the benefit of the doubt on several occasions, this review is solely intended to warn others.Do yourself a favor, if you are extending your stay for a while, Do not stay here!!!!

One of the hotels I have stayed in. Service was remarkable, rooms and the rest of the property were extremely clean and in excellent shape. Breakfast was decent, typical Marriott hotel breakfast, notable that it was served early both mornings and kept full with fresh offerings. Highly recommend if you are in the Fayetteville area.

I stayed here for about 12 days. It's perfectly located. Short distance from the base, downtown, and the local mall. You can walk across the parking lot to The Cracker Barrel, Hook & Reel, or Logan's. If you need something from Wal-Mart or Sam's, you can walk across the parking lot to get to both places as well. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The linens and towels were soft and clean. My room had a small kitchenette that I used every day. The TV is a bit on the small side, but I don't really watch a lot of tv. The pool and gym are small but clean and get the job done. The breakfast was ok and usually consisted of eggs, sausage or bacon, and various muffins and bagels. On the weekend they had the waffle maker. Finally, everyone working here was WONDERFUL! I mentioned "clean" several times and it's absolutely a reflection of the employees. They were always helpful and friendly. I never once got the feeling that they were smiling or being happy because they are required to be. I honestly felt welcome every day.

Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast in the morning is the usual items: cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, sausage, and eggs.....scrambled. rooms had more than enough cooking utensils and pots/pans. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doors are secured 24hrs day, and cameras are posted in the area. Security is important weh your traveling. Local to many restaurants and shopping areas ( walmart, Sam's Club, mall down the road). Highly recommended

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the staff here. I hate being away from home but since day one everyone from the GM to housekeeping hospitality and after 4+ months understandably even maintenance I we were made to feel very at home. Safe secure and well maintained you definitely can't go wrong choosing this place for a short or long stay.Safety: Night security staff.
