“We were driving home to Florida from NY. Then we had an accident in Fayetteville which totaled our car. Not hurt but both of us in were in shock and were concerned about towing, damage, insurance, and travel. Then, our hero, Jack, showed up and towed our car. He couldn’t have been nicer, more professional, caring or helpful. Jack even drove us to a motel and even helped us carry all our stuff to our room.
