Horrrrrriiibblllllleeee customer service!!!!! Called to ask about a Ryobi router. Had a simple question, spoke to the guy for all of 1 minute. He says he couldn't diagnose over the phone(I didn't want a diagnosis I was asking a question). Asked the guy if he would like to know the question before he sends me away, and he literally says "no thank you"??? Don't even bother wasting your time here no wonder they only have 3 stars!!!

I dropped my Ridgid planer off for a warranty repair on March 18. called a few days later and left a message. A few days later still no return call. I called again and left another message. Stopped by on April 2nd and Mr. Leon informed me that he would have it fixed between Monday the 8th and Wednesday the 10th. I stopped by Wednesday afternoon to check on the progress. Mr Leon told me he was going to order the parts. After 3 weeks of having my equipment, it wasn't even looked at let alone diagnosed. Will never take anything back here again. Poor and unprofessional business practices. Would give less stars if I could.

So I dropped my lawn mower off for only 20 min, no parts only labor was 89.00. I told him to just keep the lawn mower. Why would you charge someone that much when you can buy a new one or a used working one for 10 bucks more. Then tried to tax labor which is illegal. Go down the road a little bit further the Asian man will help you out and not rob you like this place..

Mr. Leon, the owner, is a very knowledgeable small engine mechanic. I brought a generator up there which was the main power source for my job site and he troubleshot and fixed it in no time flat. Very reasonably priced as well. I personally felt like he under bid his services. You are having any problems with a small engine type tool I highly recommend you bring it to him

Mr. Leon established the Tool Shed in 2008 and has been one of the only small engine, electrical power tool, pneumatic tool repair shops in the area.He is an awesome guy and fair. If you value local shops and would rather fix a tool than throw it away, bring it down. He also has an army of repaired machines like lawn mowers ready to go.

Absolutely dumbfounded! Left mower, said "it was an easy fix, no problem, call you soon". When I picked it up about an hour and a half later, said it was "bad gas, carb ...or something." $62.!!! Are you kidding me? That's half the mower cost! Lured me in, then overcharged! Never again.

Will not fix hedge trimmer.. held it for 3 weeks and still tried to charge me..Picked it up in worse condition than I dropped it off.. do not recommend this place to anyone

Support this business! After getting the run around from corporate Dewalt for a month-old miter saw (sent me on a wild goose chase to Clinton NC), this place had me in and out in 15 minutes (not 3 wks - 2 mos quoted by dewalt) and was very fair and reasonable on his price. He will get more business from me.
