Just bought the $20 wash. The car was still wet when I got through, plus the tires were not clean. I also noticed a long scratch along the bottom of the car. Will not go here again. I live nearby but will drive to Ramsey Street car wash from now on.

I don't appreciate being lied to. When I went for a single purchase car wash, the clerk said I could get an introductory month for 20 dollars. I said I don't want a subscription. He said it was only a one time charge and what do I find? That my car has been charged 40 dollars the next month. I will be seeking a refund or contacting my bank and the BBB about this unscrupulous and shady business model.

Worse car wash in town ??♀️. Always do the same to me make wait and then left the person beside me come first. Like I’m not paying nothing for that. All the time. Never in my life gonna go back over there definitely after this I’m gonna cancelMy membership is not worthy

I loved this service and have three vehicles that I took weekly . October 10th my new car came out with scratches . I called the office , brought my vehicle to be inspected . The office worker agreed that there was visible scratches, proceeded to tell me that rocks snd debris gets stuck. He said I would get a call back from the manager . A week goes by , no return call. I call today and was told it was just soap scum . If you value the paint on your vehicle I warn you to not use this location . I will be advocating to get more warning signs and acknowledgments understanding the damage you will receive on your car

DO NOT GO HERE TRUCK STILL DIRTY AFTER AND THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING THAT THEYRE CARWASH BREAKS I went to this Carwash to get my vehicle cleaned well half way of my going through it I see my rubber piece on the top of my truck came off so I pulled up parked I seen one of the workers and I said the rubber piece popped off but I've got it he said ok I'll be right back with your bumper I said my bumper he said yeah ur bumper came off the car wash broke all of my top clips off of my bumper well the manager never called I had to call up there and she said she didn't have no pictures or anything so I sent her some and she said there was pre existing damage let me tell you I've had this truck for 6 years never hit anything with it ok and I drove 14 hours from Louisiana to here and nothing was wrong with my bumper she sent me a pic of the pre existing damage for one that's the valance everyone knows on a 2018 Toyota they were made with a gap on the bottom that's why theres not clips on the bottoms it acts as a air dam so the wind won't blow straight up in to ur motor ok the bottom wasn't the problem the car wash broke all of my clips that went across the top not the bottom bc there aren't any clips on the bottom the top clips are still in my bumper it broke those off and she just isn't understanding that that's how those trucks were made so I sent her numerous 2018 Toyota models that shows that's how they were built! It's not broken at all needless to say they won't replace the 60-80$ part that they're car wash broke but they gladly kept that 20$ I spent there! But she tried to tell me that she had no information about it on it now she's not getting back with me at all now that I sent proof in that nothing was wrong with my truck she won't message or call me back at all! And truck was still filthy after!

Quie possibly the worst vacuum's in existence, assuming they suck, neither side has a nozzle that will reach the crevices. Now the car wash, some of the spinning wash pads clump together and don't get my mirrors or anything. So disappointing :-(
