I had called around looking for C-Cell empty cartridges. A young man (Mason) answered the phone & I could tell he wasn’t really sure what I was asking for. We politely hung up. My phone rang right back & he wanted to double check to make sure that they didn’t have them. He was super nice! I really appreciate his customer service efforts today. Thank you Mason!

I have pictures and proof that 10minutes ago an employee sold me a broken vape and when I opened the box to show them, and told them I needed this mess replaced. The trash told me to call elfbar company because he didn't care.. So I will be back up there to speak with a manager and discuss the fact that this store now owes me 20$ or a replacement vape IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO SELL BROKEN /DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND THEN NOT REPLACE IT WHEN SHOWN RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!! Think long and hard on that one. (Email me if youd like the pictures for proof cos I have them and will gladly air this out everywhere)

This location's cigar quality and selection has decreased over time. Need closer attention paid to their humidor...cigars are too expensive to be dry.

Sales associate name Ricardo has a rude attitude and got into a argument with words exchange with a customer who is disabled. He should not work in a environment if he does not have good customer communication. Technically this job is not for him.
