I would 100% recommend this business. Always a pleasant experience. Crystal (front desk) has a great personality with a wonderful smile that is contagious. The guys in the shop do excellent work. They not only tell u what’s wrong, they give u options on various ways to get ur vehicle right. They will explain the problem thoroughly, answer all your questions and even show it to you. Come through and check them out.

At first when I’ve dealt with fire house, I’ve dealt with them because they were friends that I knew from the Automotive industry do with my time with tire house I have sent several customers referred several people to get tires and alignment done. I have been a victim of Tire House went there and spend good money for two good tires also got an alignment done by this company but not only 2 to 3 weeks. My brand new tires look like I’ve been driving on them for two years, I went back to have them correct the issue and they refused and denied me and told me I had to go get another opinion from another shop because they were implying my vehicle had a bad rack and pinion, which was not true I to myself run an automotive business so I went to CandJ automotive right down the road from them and I got a professional ASE certified opinion, and that was not good enough for the tire house on Yadkin Road All day will do for me is be rude and tell me that they will give me two new tires and refused doing the service to my vehicle. I will have to go pay somebody else to put tires on my vehicle and realign my vehicle that is bad business not good service. I am a dissatisfied. Customer and I will not be referring any more business in my lifetime for an action like this. I’m actually considering pressing charges because now I am losing out time and money if corporate feels like they want to contact me please contact me. I am the owner of 1st call Towing. Yall Listen...my tires were bad. Where is a gal to go when she needs new tires you ask? A whole House of Tires! I arrived just as they opened on a Friday morning and was greeted by a super friendly employee named Crystal. She looked over the tires and said that for sure two of them needed to be replaced, and possibly a third, so I just went ahead and did all four at the same time. She then pulled up a variety of tires in different price ranges and let me decide which ones to get, while giving information and reviews on all of them. When it came time for my car to actually get put up on the lift and worked on, the technician, Joshua came out and talked to me some more. He asked some questions, and then showed me the tires he had just taken off. He was really surprised I had not had a blow out while driving, and he also noticed that one of my CV axels had snapped...all this sounded very not good. He was knowledgeable, and also personable, and made me feel comfortable to have him working on my car. The cost wasn't the most fun part of the experience but..when your car needs work, it just does! I got the oil changed while I was there and talked to them about how often to bring in the car to get the tires rotated. It could have been a lame morning, but it was not. Thanks Tire House for getting the Doozer Mobile back on the road!

I used to do my routine maintenance check and oil change here. They did a fairly good job in the past on my car but today I got Joshua Rivera as the tech guy who worked on simple oil change. I paid the service fee at the counter but when I asked my car key, I found out that the car was actively leaking the oil all over the shop floor. I never seen or experienced this kind of unprofessional work before. One of the Machanic guy was actively smoking while he was changing my car oils in the work shop and did not seems to understand the fire hazard even though he is surrounded by oil tanks and other flammable items around. They broke the oil filter cap and did not even seem to care about my car even though I insisted them to checkout and taking care of it since I have been waiting them more than 2 hours. I was told that the cap they broke will be ordered and don’t know when it will be completed the service. After waiting another one hour, Joshua pulled out my car saying it’s done. Since I have zero trust in his service on my car , I checked the bottom of my car engine and found the engine oil was actively dipping still. He arrogantly denied that no oil leaking from my car until I pointed the leaking spot and taking a couple of pictures.Whoever put the new cap didn’t put it back the right way ,and -worst forgot the seal cap.The lady from the counter desk is nice, and professional, however,seemed to unhappy about my point but she found out what and how her staffs were doing their job. They refunded my money eventually but can’t refund my value times. I missed my other important appointment and end up canceling other meetings due to their uncertainty when my car will be fixed . Totally ruined my day. I used to like their customer services over my last visits but now— Iwon’t let them do my car service or don’t recommend anyone here unless you have nowhere else to get services here in NC. It’s not worth money and time.

Great place, my new go to location. I had estimated from Firestone and Bruhnos for 4 tires and replace two tire sensors. They absolutely cut the other estimates in half. Nice and friendly people. The only down side is first come first serve, but at least you know where you stand.

This is review is overdue. I became a loyal customer the week of their grand opening in Fayetteville, NC. The mechanic who assisted me was one of the owner. It was an easy fix, took him less than 5 minutes and free of charge. As a result, I became a loyal customer; however, they got greedy.I took my car in for rear brakes, rotors, etc replacement (PAID) and told me the front passenger side caliper was not installed properly. Couple months later, I took my car stating my brakes smell like burning rubber and the car is shaking. I was told me it's the front passenger side caliper, I said okay, they can fix (PAID).A day later, my car was still shaking, I called and took the car in, and was told it's the front passenger side brake Line that's faulty. The assitanc did not mention any price, all she said was "we will take care of you". The mechanic remembered me, and said, I should only pay for the part since I was here 2 days ago with the same issue. Please tell me why, I was billed $220+ (labor was $130, and the part was $75). I told the assistance, I shouldn't pay for labor since I was here, 2 days ago, for the same issue and something else was fixed. She said, the mechanic worked on your car. I paid them and vouch not to come back again!

I know people only leave negative reviews but I have to share an awesome review for you. I came here and even before I got my car fixed I had an awesome customer service from Frank, Crystal and Edward. The service here is phenomenal and they are efficient. After my car was done, I couldn’t ask for a better service. I recommend the all day and all night. Please give them a try and I guarantee you, you won’t be disappointed!!!!!! Love them!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

They were very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my vehicle. I believe the whole team had my interest at heart. The attention to detail provided by Crystal was amazing and beyond impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. She is a fine ambassador for the company.

We chose to go to tirehouse instead of wal-Mart for a set of tires because tire househad the lowest price. When we got our bill the tires were 20 dollars more than online. The kind and gracious employee at the front acknowledged that there should not have been a discrepancy and though she relayed they would be losing on the sale, she honored the price we saw as that was our reason for coming in. Good customer service and empowering sales people or front desk workers to make these decisions allows for a smoother interaction and positive experience. It was a little frustrating for Tirehouse, but we are pleased they worked with us quickly. There’s always other options, so stores need to go above and beyond to create repeat customers and loyalty!

I came in at 8:30 a.m., all I needed was 2 tires and a oil change. I had wheel locks on my tires which the mechanic stripped the key and tried to say I brought it in like that but didn't say it was bad until after he took the locks off two tires. I went to the Jeep dealership and the head guy told me it was stripped here because it wouldn't have taken the other two locks off. It's 2:15 pm and I'm still here. No one bothered to come explain anything, I had to keep asking what's going on because no one even bothered to explain anything. Worst service I've ever had.
