Highly disappointed in the customer service for a letterman jacket ordered for my daughter’s senior year of high school. We were told around 4 weeks, but it took 12 weeks (which meant it delayed her being able to wear it through her cheer season). We constantly had to initiate the follow up, since they failed to reach out to us. Received a 10 % discount. Would not recommend using, but if you have to, then hopefully this gives you a heads up.

At best, horrible customer service; at worst, illegal business practices.Was given the quote twice through our conversation. Checked my receipt and was charged over twice that amount; store representative was aggressive, rude, blamed me for mishearing ('thirty' vs 'seven' don't sound the same), accused me of lying.Ridiculously overpriced for the simple engraving I had done; full plaques may be more reasonable.Quality of work was fine but it was packed so the product got scuffed up.Will never go back; YMMV

They were extremely accommodating and helpful, customer service was top notch and they were able to rush my order to be done in a day and a half. The prices are definitely reasonable too.

I went in today to purchase a few hats for my son's T-ball team. Stood around for about 15 minutes before anyone spoke to us. The lady behind the counter was very rude. 1 star review is the lowest I can give on a Google review but zero stars would be more appropriate for my experience today. I will be doing business elsewhere in the future.

I used this place in the past without any issues. A month ago I needed a picture frame made so I had The Trophy House make it. I go to pick it up a week and a half after the order was put in and find they miss printed the name plate In the middle of the plaque. They said they would fix it. Another week and a half later I go to pick up my frame and find all they did was made a new plate and put it on top of the old one. A week and a half to do that is just poor craftsmanship (Lazy). I will not be using this store anymore.

I have used The Trophy House for many reasons throughout the past 15 years - from baseball uniforms for my son's Little League team and parents' t-shirts to trophies and plaques for our military connections. Recently, I needed some Pilsner glasses etched, and Jimmy, Shannon and Corina all jumped to assist quickly. The glasses turned out GREAT, and the service was excellent. You will be pleased with the staff and attention to detail provided by The Trophy House!
