Was immediately asked to leave by the female employee at the register because I didn’t have a mask. Employee was not wearing a mask nor had one handy. You can’t ask someone to follow a rule that you aren’t following yourself.

My experience was great. Came to this to pick up items that needed today. Will be ordering online. Mr. Riveria is great. Was disappointed with Fayetteville State, but will get all my Greek stuff from here.

I came from Winston Salem ( 2 hrs plus ) just to go to Joe's place. Great Masonic items and prices. I was totally satisfied, so much I am going back. Joe and the staff didn't bother u so u could take ur time

I ordered the Omega Psi Phi "1911" plate with the Seal in the middle. When I received it the first time it was cracked in three places. So, I called and Mr. Joe answered to my surprise it was the owner. I told him what happened and was very understanding. He apologized (eventhough it wasn't his fault) and said he was getting some more next week and send me another with more packig material.;) So, about a week 1/2 later, I received the plate undamaged. Thanks Mr. Joe!!!!!!!!! P.S. I couldn't find this plate in Dallas.;) Sp. 97, PB, McNeese State, Mighty 9th D.

Not a good experience ?Paid for a product online but did not receive it.The money was taken out of my account and when I called the store to ask about what I purchased, the owner told me he never received the money for it.But it was taken out of my account and paid to the store...The owner then said to go back to my bank and file a claim with them. Not a good experience ?

This place has poor customer service. It NEVER sticks to store hours & inflates it’s prices because it’s the only store like it within 65 miles.

I have been to this location many times, and each time that I go, I end up spending more money and time than I thought I was going to spend that I thought! Great variety of apparel and Knick-knacks for Greek and Masonic affiliations. The Customer Service is awesome! One thing that I ave noticed is that I don’t feel like I am being followed around the place, so the comfort feeling in here is very good. I’m not too sure but I do believe that you can custom make select merchandise! Great store, great employees, moderate prices.

Love, love, love this store. I'm not greek or muslim but have a lot of friends that are and this place is like LITTLE Wal-Mart for greek, mason and muslim items. I love that they have the same huge selection for all 4 greek sororities and frats. They don't just cater to the large ones and my friends out of town say ordering online is a breeze and you receive your order quickly. I'm harassed to bring them something back whenever I go to Fayetteville. Lol!!! Keep up the good work and nice selection Mr. Rivera!!!!
