I’m highly upset that they gave my pickup order to another customer i was home and received a notification stating my item was picked up how if I’m home? I called the store no one never answers the phone. Please do better at paying attention to who you’re giving items to. This is ridiculous. I’ve never had any issues with their pickup system until now.

i had the worst service while doing a return, they do not fully explain the policy and rush the entire service without even trying to help.

I think it was pathetic to see people getting knocked down and stomped on over a cup. Target you can do better then this. Really changed my outlook on your store as if your not as expensive as Macy's there is nothing in your store worth people getting hurt over. Now people are selling these cups from 300 to 500 PATHETIC

Literally the nastiest place in Fayetteville. Some how Skibo Walmart is cleaner. The bathrooms are all backed up and covered in pee. The floors covered in toilet paper and the sinks covered in hair. The entire store is covered in trash and looks like it had a quarterly mopping. The floors have mud as soon as you walk in and it hasn’t rained in days. The store looks like it is in the most ghetto part of the city. Who knew would be better.

Target is a great store to shop is always neat clean. What I love from Target is the Home Collection and the great sales they have on Christmas time.. Great customer service.

The ability to do a return without entering the store was very quick, easy and convenient. I ran into no issues at all. So now I can shop without entering the store and make returns. I love going into the store but the ability to not get into the crowd is great for my introvert personality.

12/12 at 11pm just left target and the lady was sweating me at checkout and as soon as I left she walked away until she noticed the other young lady needed assistance.

Never had a bad experience here until today. I accidentally got charged for something we didn’t get (which is no biggie) we can go to customer service to fix it!!but the entire process was annoying! Every employee I came in contact with (besides the gentleman in electronic with the long hair) was rude. Attitudes were unprofessional and everyone gave off a very unwelcoming vibe. Even the managers!

Rain or shine the employees do a great job and it is pouring down right now and they’re still out here delivering groceries to patrons cars! Drive up is my go-to and they are awesome!

Pretty good trip this particular day. I didn't find everything I was looking for. But Stacey at the checkout helped me out with the things I did find and purchase. There was a small hiccup with the checkout process, but she made it right very quickly. I appreciate customer service like that.

This is my store of choice, you know over Walmart..after clipping coupons and going from here to there. I still choose Target ? normally clean, friendly, easy to find staff is a big plus. Keep up the good work Target ? Fayetteville, NC, you make a difference.

If the management of this store doesn’t step up and get themselves or other associates who are fiddling around on their cell phones leaned up on racks to go outside and help the 5 associates loading over 20 curbside pickup vehicles at once some help, I hope they know they’re personally and professionally responsible for letting those people go home feeling exhausted and under appreciated.This was my first time ever doing a curbside at this location and my last; not because of the curbside experience itself as I was loaded quickly and the associates were friendly - but it honestly ruined my entire mood to see these people RUNNING and sweating through their clothes when I had to go in to find a replacement item for a cancellation and find 3 associates in one department, leaned on a counter together, on their personal cell phones just hanging out as if they’re not at work.As someone who is now in retail management and has previously worked as an associate in a curbside pickup/fulfillment department - I’m astonished at how this location is handling the holiday rush and is blatantly turning a blind eye to an entire department of associates that need help.
