Got to target early in the morning feeling good left out feeling upset and angry. Miss Lawanda and another employee were consistently cursing and making fun of a woman coming in. Just being really nasty and rude with a nasty dirty green rag on her head too busy gossiping with another employee that she couldn’t even help me out at the customer service desk, so I had to turn around and leave Poor customer service skills way too early in the morning it wasn’t even 10 o’clock yet. So the second and talk about customers, walking and giggling and laugh and making fun of them is unacceptable her along with the women that refuse to give me her name Wearing a nappy bun at the top That gave me the hardest time at the drive up bc she had my order incorrect

Wow target! What have you done to your systems. Seems like I'm spending more time at customer service than I am doing my shopping in store. So my experience since they've upgraded to 360circle whatever it is. Last week I went to target shopped in store and spent hour in store shopping get to register and target circle coupons don't stack with promotions, digital coupons don't stack with target circle coupons it's either or and neither stack with store promotions. I say to self ok they've got to work through bugs in new system update sure ok. I go yesterday and shop in store bout hour and half I'm doing the spend 25 get 5$ gift card deal. Get to register and nothing prompts for gift card. Lady cones over to assist confirms everything I have qualified for promotions. She sends me to customer service. Lady does everything she can to get it to prompt gift card. 30 min later manager cones over and says oh you can't have digital coupons so unclip the coupons still it doesn't work she says we can't issue gift cards anymore you have to go through the new 360 circle app and contact them for any issues for now on. Ok so I had to do this last week and yesterday contacting them about issues. It is time consuming and nobody has time in their life's for all this mess target has created with their new system. All this being said ive spent hours in target and walked out with nothing both times since theyve updated. Target this new system is bad. It's not working. Fix it. Why change something that was working fine to begin with. You have waisted my time and gas. And i will not be going back!!! Also another thing I almost forgot to mention. When you do buy something in target the math does not add up right. After I pay and get my receipt it seems as if I've paid more than I should evrytime I have ever shopped at target. If I'm paying for example an extra 10 to 50 cents on each receipt and can't figure out what charged me more math does not lie and adding my tax and still can't figure it out. Now I know a few cents more is not alot but if this happening to everyone that shops there how much money do you think target it making off people charging a few cents from everyone. Thats alot of money. Just expressing my experience that I have been having at target and just pay attention to your receipts. Make sure everything rings up right. And Goodluck target. I will NOT be shopping there anymore. I feel like I'm being robbed.

Went to Target today. The store was sooooo clean and orderly. It was so refreshing being in a store like that...this is why I shop Target and not Walmart

Target is a wonderful store to shop in or drive up for your pick up order. They have an in store Pharmacy so you can shop while you wait for your order to be filled. Download the App Target Circle, it has many sales and deals as well as online shopping. You can find coupons here too. Target will put a smile on your face! I’ve shopped at Targets since 1980 and I’m never disappointed!

If you live in Fayetteville and want to be able to shop at and enjoy target, I urge you to contact target corporate.
Corporate target needs to come and clean house (literally and figuratively). I have better experiences at the Walmart on Skibo Road. Firstly it’s ridiculous that customers that come here to shop have nowhere to park bc The entire parking lot is for people picking up orders. Secondly every single employee is so incredibly rude I know better than to ask them for anything. Fayetteville is the only city where women/girls can’t go to target for “fun”. I went in yesterday and saw that this Soda Stream was on sale. I picked it up and scanned it at one of the price checkers. It came up as $119.99, so I took a picture of the tags on the shelf and went to checkout. Of course it rang up as $119.99. The employee at the register said she had to get a manager to adjust the price. After explaining again and showing the “manager “ the picture they said they would go check. I stood there waiting. She eventually came back and said yes they are all price $99.99. I again showed the sales tag. The “manager” then said “well if you just have to have it I’ll change the price.” Bottom line Target is hoping you don’t notice the price difference when you get to the register and you just pay the higher price. There was a $20 difference in the tag price and the checkout price before you even take the sales price then it was a $50 difference. Also your employee doesn’t need to be rude about the price adjustment. It’s not my fault that either you have incompetent employees changing the price tags or your intentionally pricing items wrong in hopes that people won’t notice.

I’m highly upset that they gave my pickup order to another customer i was home and received a notification stating my item was picked up how if I’m home? I called the store no one never answers the phone. Please do better at paying attention to who you’re giving items to. This is ridiculous. I’ve never had any issues with their pickup system until now.

I think it was pathetic to see people getting knocked down and stomped on over a cup. Target you can do better then this. Really changed my outlook on your store as if your not as expensive as Macy's there is nothing in your store worth people getting hurt over. Now people are selling these cups from 300 to 500 PATHETIC
