I give 2 stars cuz they act like they don't care about opening up the store or closing 10 min before they say they're closing. Y'all need a new GM he letting his job title go above his head instead of running a business. I've come multiple times at 9 and nobody has been there waited 30 min still nobody. Bad for business ima drive to Ramsey st just because their service is better

I am a license instructor Cosmetology and Esthetics), and I take pride in the beauty industry. If you are going to keep hiring these young ladies, please make sure they at least know customer service etiquette. Some come to work looking like they just got out of bed with bonnets still on their head. They don't pay attention to the customer in front of them due to talking to each other. I literally showed my licensed and ID the worker still didn't give my license discount. And when I asked about it she said "ummmmm". So I stated that it was ok and walked out. Please bring someone in with the knowledge and etiquette. Thanks

Just walked in to make a purchase and walked up to the counter where I guess one of the owners or relatives of the owners was fixing the POS machine. He just totally ignored me while I stood there in his face. Finally, a young lady told me she would take me at her register. Repect your customer base!!! If you feel they are beneath your simple Acknowledgment, go to another area or sell to another market. So sick of disrespectful behavior.

First visit to this location. They offer a lot of different products, from hair, belly button rings, earrings, and hair products etc. I was looking for lulu tress water wave and this location did not carry but said they had something similar. The store did not carry any eden products but they had a variety of other choices.

Will not come back.I've shopped here for quite a bit and never had any issues.I had an item that was the last in stock and I'm assuming the owner or family of the business reached in my shopping cart and told me it was for display. The audacity and lack of boundaries was disgusting and demeaning. I'll be buying black from now on
