Wasn't a good experience. Brought my brother and his wife in for new phones and services. Both phones were not delivered as scheduled. First phone delivered did not have charging cable.went to Walmart to buy one. The second phone came in a week later, it didn't come with a way to charge phone. Back to Walmart again. The new numbers must have been used before both phones kept ringing off the hook with callers...very annoying!

Spectrum isn't bad by any means and when the prices jump after the promotion ends it usually goes up 10 to 15 bucks a month. The staff are pretty friendly and willing to help as much as they can. Definitely recommend making an appointment if you don't want to sit for 30 to 45 min

This place needs to get it together! Packed house, few employees that apparently work as slow as possible, no sense of urgency as to they were doing us a favor! I’m here to give a Mobile family plan a chance but been sitting for an hour, no tell how long would be. Guess I’m staying with ATT today….
After an hour wait a staff member named Tatianna took care of my situation in a very professional manner. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Y’all need more employees like Tatianna, good job!

The staff is beyond RUDE. I'm a 63 year old man, there is no way I'm going to tolerate some cashier raising her voice at me. The so called supervisor is not much better. If I had to coin a term for these people, USELESS would be it. The concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE never entered their narrow minds. Spectrum is worst than a gym when trying to cancel their service. AVOID this dumpster fire if at all possible. I give 1 star ONLY because I can't give ZERO stars
When you have that many 1 star reveiws for that length of time, and see ZERO improvement. And "CANNED" generic responses. That SCREAMS, "we don't care, just give us your money". IF you want proper customer service, try METRONET, or anyone else. I can't see it being worst than dumpster fire.

I have come in several times, at different times of day, different days of the month, to pay my bill in person, and to also see about making a change in my service. Want to find out about the new streaming device, etc. I prefer to do business face to face rather than faceless voices on the phone, long hold times, etc.No matter what time of day/day of the week/month, each time, I have typed in to the check in pad that I want to pay my bill, etc and have waited to have my name called only to be told that I cannot pay there because their "service is down" OK, and they want me to use them for not just TV and internet but phone too? But they can't even keep up their systems for payment? Does not give me a lot of confidence! I am once again considering cutting the cord. The only worry I have is not getting timely weather alerts and actual news reporting--- Channel 14 Spectrum news is one good thing. The way they are set up is not customer friendly, and if their system is down all the time, why not let people know that right away when they type in they want to pay their bill, instead of making them wait and wait and then telling them they cannot?

The store, and the online support is not one system. Example online will tell you to pick up your back up device at the store. When you arrive they will tell you can't. Or to call online for it.

Sitting in the store and place is full of customers but you have employees talking with each other and there is employees walking back and forth to the rear. Should be I think a line for phones and internet and a line for cable. Very poor customer service here.
