I was confirmed for a 4:15 appt with Quinda today. I showed up at the salon and it is CLOSED!!! Sign on the window says open and on line it says they are open but not a doggone soul in the place!! If I could have given no stars I would have have! I asked the employees around the other businesses and they even said that they are rarely open and do not have any consistency. So sad because I always liked the job Quinda did. I guess it makes sense why so many Smartstyle stores are closing.

The lady that was working was overworked. She was the only one working. I had an appointment and it took me three hours for her to reach me for my appointment. I sat there and waited. They need to treat their workers better. They also did not have the products that I needed to do my session after I had waited for three hours
