It's an air mattress and it does leak and you have to try to get parts which are hard to get and it's hard to get service and delivery team is awful and it's overpriced....

Christina B was SO HELPFUL and friendly! She made getting a new mattress very simple and made everything easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone from my experience with Christina alone.

My wife and I purchased an iLE a year ago and enjoyed it so much we bought our daughter an i8 yesterday. Both purchases were clearly explained and the salesperson Kat was super helpful and patient both times. I don't write many reviews, but the sleep my family and I are getting is worth this price tag and this store needs recognition for the quality of its salespeople. Thank you!

Sales agent Maurice was very informative and helpful. He’s a knowledgeable and professional sales agent. This was my very first time in a sleep number store. I am very impressed with the technology of the beds and look forward to receiving my new bed.

Went in to look around to know what the hype was about and ended up loving this store. The customer service was outstanding, the ladies that helped me were smart, professionals, and very fun! They gave me a lot of information that helped me decide which bed was the best option for us. I recommend this store 100%!

The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is difficult to say more until I actually receive the bed and it is set up. I do not see the point in posting pictures of the bed I am replacing.

Paid cash for rusty color sofa and loveseat. A brown color arrived at my house. Of course I refuse it and spoke with the shipping manager and was informed that it only came in two colors, brown and a lighter brown . I asked for a refund but was told that I had to pay a restocking fee which is .10 of the purchase price. The store manager gas lighted me as if I don't know the difference between brown and rusty color. I had an bad experience with them and will not do business with them again. It could be free and I wouldn't do business with them.

Decided on a sleep number bed after researching and the customer service rep we spoke to was friendly and answered all our questions. We had to purchase the flex fit frame for the mattress. We had to pay for them separately but we had to purchase them together. And we were assured by the sales rep we could return the bed within 90 days if we didn’t like it. Well we didn’t like it and decided to go with Tempurpedic. However very conveniently they do not take returns for the very expensive flex fit frame that we were told we needed to purchase. That is horrible customer service to have your customers purchase a frame and bed together but only allow for the bed to be returned.
