The absolute worst purchase I have ever made. And customer service is a JOKE and so rude and unprofessional. Purchased this bed in 2021. Had to replace the motor in 2023. Just replaced the motor again less than a year later which didn’t fix the issue and have been trying for MONTHS to get it fixed to no avail. I was just talking to customer service agent Tae and she told me to not do anything and KEEP THE BED AS IS AKA BROKEN… for real??? Don’t buy unless you want a broken bed with no customer support after purchase.

Scam. We tried to return the mattress within the return period and ended up still owing them money because of the return and delivery fees. We understood there would be no hassle to return the mattress if we did not like the product within 100 days. We kept it for 30 days and now will still owe them money because they don’t do full returns. Highly DO NOT recommend this company.

It's an air mattress and it does leak and you have to try to get parts which are hard to get and it's hard to get service and delivery team is awful and it's overpriced....

My wife and I purchased an iLE a year ago and enjoyed it so much we bought our daughter an i8 yesterday. Both purchases were clearly explained and the salesperson Kat was super helpful and patient both times. I don't write many reviews, but the sleep my family and I are getting is worth this price tag and this store needs recognition for the quality of its salespeople. Thank you!

Sales agent Maurice was very informative and helpful. He’s a knowledgeable and professional sales agent. This was my very first time in a sleep number store. I am very impressed with the technology of the beds and look forward to receiving my new bed.

Went in to look around to know what the hype was about and ended up loving this store. The customer service was outstanding, the ladies that helped me were smart, professionals, and very fun! They gave me a lot of information that helped me decide which bed was the best option for us. I recommend this store 100%!

The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is difficult to say more until I actually receive the bed and it is set up. I do not see the point in posting pictures of the bed I am replacing.
