This place doesn't come close to being a good hotel. My room was not cleaned until I had to tell the front desk that it needed to be serviced. I understand that because this place caters to pets, they could have told us when we checked in that they don't clean the room if the animal is in the room (My pet was with us whenever we left the room). They finally cleaned it, but did they leave any new toilet paper? NO. I tried calling the front desk on the room phone. It was plugged up but didn't work either. I used my cell and waited forever for someone to bring it. I had to go get it myself, and the front desk had no idea that I was waiting for it. The entry light switch turned the microwave on and off, the main light in the room didn’t work, and neither did the one on the desk. The only lights that worked were the ones in between the beds, the one over the sink, and the bathroom. The first room we were put in, the television didn't work, so we got moved to the next room where all the electrical issues were. The best part of the stay was the shower! I swear these beds are full size and not a queen size. If you are staying toward the back of the hotel, you will hear the doors slam closed every time someone walks through them. We got there Sunday and left Wednesday. The trash was overflowing in the trash bins out the back door. They were getting emptied as we were leaving that morning. I will NOT be back.Rooms: Rooms were nice sized because the beds were small. The floors are not carpeted, and that is a good thing as they are pet friendly. Make sure you bring slippers.Food & drinks: Walking distance to some food and convenience stores.Noteworthy details: Make sure you don't get a room towards the back door. You will hear everything!!

Convenient location from I-95 but that's where the good part ends. My husband and I stayed for one night while traveling to PA. We stayed in room 124. There was a hole in the ceiling and the carpet had vomit on it. The bathroom and shower were dirty and had hair stuck to it. The smoke detector kept beeping off and on all night and the heat barely warmed the room. We called the front desk and asked for another room and were told there were none and "it just is what it is". We tried to sleep a little but there was noise off and on all night in the hallway so that barely happened either. When we checked out in the morning we also tried to voice our complaints and we were just ignored. I wish I could have my wasted money back! Would not reccomend even for a night!

There are quite a few hotels on l-95 in Fayetteville this was the third one I checked out and I made the right choice. Nice location, nice clean room with refrigerator, microwave and complimentary breakfast. The clerk(sean) at the front desk was very kind friendly respectful professional and knowledgeable about the area. He is a sweetheart. I would Recommend this hotel ? ?Rooms: Very nice and clean I checked the bed before I laid down nice shower microwave and frigerator in the room also pet friendlyWalkability: Walking distance to Subways and Bojangles several gas stations/convenient stores in the area and a mile and half down a supermarket.

I stay here yearly, and this might be my last visit due to roaches both alive and dead. This was my first time having a room downstairs, but it was horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here ever.

Location is just off I-95. No good restaurants nearby. They are all on the other side of town. Very nice woman greeted us at front desk but from there things went downhill. We entered our room and it hadn't been made up from the last guests, bed was unmade. We went back to lobby, got room 2. Light switch at entry was broken and inoperable. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Fridge clean and a good size. Microwave was beat up but seemed functional. We didn't use it. At 8:30 am, they were mostly out of the included free breakfast stuff and what they had looked do bad we ate our own stuff we brought the day before. Coffee was ok. The main problem was the shower - lukewarm at best. We asked for the manager at checkout to request a price adjustment (not worth the $99 for no hot shower) but they obviously don't care.

First two night were fine. Third night there was hours and hours of screaming children running up and down the halls. People knocking on doors, shouting. It finally ended about 0500. What was the staff doing? Who knows. But there is no way they couldn't have heard it. One or two times, just inconsiderate people, but all night? Neglectful staff. Would NOT go back.

I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!I checked in after a long event and just wanted to sleep. Unfortunately the first room assigned to me had roaches in the shower! I thought it was just a one off thing so I went to the front desk where Jamie was so apologetic and switched our room! Went to our second room and there were roaches in there as well. I again went down to the front desk and Jamie apologized again and switched our room again. The third room didn’t have any roaches so we agreed to stay because again it had been a long day and we didn’t want to try and find something so late at night! I was told that there would be some compensation for this. The next morning I went to the front desk and ask for a print out and the receptionist Mary was rude, talked loudly and acted as if I had done something wrong for asking for some kind of compensation. She said she would email me my receipt however it never came through. She said she couldn’t print it out so I have no proof from the facility of the charges! I did book through a third party.I contacted the third party and they called and spoke to Mary who informed them that they would only give me $7 off for the inconvenience.I find this disgusting and very unprofessional! Mary literally spoke to me as if I had brung them there myself! I willNever stay at this location again. I really just want my money back. I wasn’t trying to blast them but they aren’t being very cooperative and understanding at how disappointing this was for me and my family!I will be contacting corporate and sharing videos of the roaches from last night.I also have a video of them crawling but this won’t allow me to upload videos just pictures.

Just checked out from my favorite stop in Fayetteville, NC. Staff makes me feel welcome and appreciated every time. I love how comfortable and clean the beds feel. Give it a try!Rooms: Just what I need for a getaway.Safety: never an issueFood & drinks: i love the addition of the cheese omelettes. placing them in the fridge for guests was a great idea due to how convenient it is.

Rooms are overpriced. If you have a pet, look for adjacent alternatives. They offer pets stay free. Dope smell in foyer at side entrance. Free breakfast doesn't have the usual like bags of grits. Was about $150 for one night. If you stay, you'll see how ridiculous that price is.

ROACHES!We did not stay at the Sleep Inn in Fayetteville because our room had roaches. We found roaches in the bathroom, near the room sink, and on the wall above our sleeping children. We notified reception but were told we would not be refunded since we had been in the room for a couple of hours before noticing the insects. (We checked in around 7 PM and left the hotel around 10 PM. We turned the lights out to put the kids to bed; when I turned a light back on to use the bathroom, we found multiple roaches in there, then checked the rest of the room and found many more.)We left, and I had to search an unfamiliar area late at night in order to find an affordable hotel in the area that had availability. Terrible experience. Choice Hotels customer service offered me rewards points as an apology, which I do not want. I just want my money back, but they are refusing.EDIT: The owner commented on my post and said that he would contact me, but he never did. After Choice Hotels refused to refund me, I reached out to the Better Business Bureau. However, Choice Hotels also refused to respond to the BBB, so they closed the case. This situation was handled terribly and I would never stay at this hotel again.

All I can say is I ordered a room through Priceline found roaches as soon as I took a shower called the front desk, she was really helpful yet couldn’t check out and receive a refund due to their so called policy, also had to leave a large deposit. They only offered another room like roaches are not in the entire dwelling.

We enjoyed our stay here. The front dest people were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was really clean. We stayed on the second floor and could hear any of our neighbors. The beds were super comfortable! The continental breakfast was decent, they had a waffle maker and cereal and pastry options. My only critique is the room felt musty after taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom definitely needed to be replaced.
