They will lie about inventory to get you into the store and then lie about local competitors, insinuating that the closest competitor is the Micro Center in Atlanta. People like them are the reason I do not trust any repair, assembly or troubleshooting service and would much rather do it all myself.If you go here, don't take them at their word for products; do your research ahead of time. Look at prices, learn what you want.Store seemed clean, decent lighting and plenty of room. Quick response on the phone.Replying to owner: I called about a new gpu. Was told they had a new, sealed, in the box gpu. Came in and they pointed me to a refurbished gpu when I got their a half hour later. Those other services are great, but your employees insinuated the closest competitor was the Microcenter in Georgia. I don't expect employees to know of other smaller stores, but BestBuy does sell GPUs off the shelf.

Bring your repair needs here!!!My MacBook screen got some weird lines, so I went to a big name store. They told me it would be shipped out and take multiple weeks and cost more a new laptop would cost - just to replace the screen. I want to keep this one going, it has all my school stuff on it, but I definitely can’t afford that much right now since I’m in school.Someone told me about Silver Knight so I took it there instead. I’m so happy I did! My laptop was fixed the same day the replacement part came in, and it cost me way less than what the other guys were trying to charge me. The guys at Silver Knight really took care and fixed my laptop at a reasonable price. Don’t waste your time and money with the big store. The guys at Silver Knight will treat you way better!

If you value your money and your time do not, I repeat, do not attempt to do business with Silver Knights PC, I placed a order for a gaming pc for my son from them on Aug 3 and they not start my build or order any parts for 2 months, then afterward admitting they had not started the build i cancelled the order and requested a full refund. They started the refund but then cancelled it, i have not been able to get a refund or any straight answers on anything since. I have spoken to Alexander Tracy and the owner Theodore Melkoumov on the phone and thru email they are not a good company to deal with.

Went in for some parts and a few questions. Was instantly helped as soon as ai walked in the door. These guys are very knowledgeable and make some really great builds. 10/10 recommend these guys to do your next build or upgrade.

Had to get my laptop fixed, easily one of the best experiences I've had in a long while when it came to overall customer service and quality. My schedule hasn't been the most forgiving personally so it was great having them work around my busy hours when all was said and done and was time for pickup. Meeting the staff was great and especially the owner, if I didn't have work to run off to I easily could of sat and talked to him for who knows how long.I'm not a huge tech guy and I was nervous going into this shop (due to how terrible the other places in Fayetteville that offer repairs have been and the reviews that follow) but they are squared away and walk you through everything and then some making sure to put you at ease.Amazing place, service, and people.Would rate it more than 5 stars but Google won't let me.

I initially went into to the store last week and had a bad experience. They were really busy and I felt brushed to the side. The owner apologized and asked me to come back. Today I returned and Ted helped me out. He was very patient and extremely helpful. I ended ordering a custom PC from him. I can't speak about the final product yet, but the service and the overall experience today was outstanding.

These guys really helped me out when I got into a pinch with an ITX build. My plan was to build it at night while my family was asleep, but I had early issues with the system POSTing. I decided I would rather have the build done by the pros as opposed to having parts scattered across my office every night.I brought in what I had completed and all of the other parts.They were able to diagnose the issue and complete the build for me. The cable management was excellent. Also, I requested that a Linux distribution be placed on the system. They were totally fine with this, and they made sure the OS worked and took care of all the drivers and dependencies.Within a few minutes of starting up my stem I was able to get Steam going and hop on Disco Elysium. Would definitely recommend this facility!! Thanks!!

I had an issue with my first ever PC build, and contacted them to see if they could test my GPU and other components to see what was wrong. Everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly, and quickly figured out the issue (the PC was fine, my power source was the issue! So reminder to check your old power strips and surge protectors). Everything is working great now, and I know if I have any issues in the future with my PC, this is where I will go! Thank you!

Great group of Computer Guys. You just have to check them out !!! They do need better communications between messages given to other staff members. Important things that can get missed or miss interpreted.

Excellent work that I would recommend for anybody in and around the Fayetteville area! Top quality customer service and speed too! Had a custom built PC within 3 weeks that does everything I needed and more, and well within the budget I gave. Was very descriptive in the details of how to get everything operating when I brought it home, and included a written sheet and warranty also! 10/10

Amazing service, knowledgeable, quick, personable. I brought in two PCs which had cooling and RGB software problems which I could just not get to work, it only took them a couple of hours to trouble shoot both pc’s and tell me the next steps. Eventually the AIOs on both pcs had to be swapped out along with 13 fans on each PC (26 total). All in all the PCs were in there for 3 days which is way way faster than monster computers who had them for 2 weeks and only touched one of them and gave up right away.These guys are the real deal, employees are very intelligent, owner is a vet who appreciates vets. Only thing that would make this place better is if you could come in and build a PC with them.

I’m surprised I never did a review on this wonderful place. I met Ted and other silver knight employees from a streamer friend. However they have done some great work for me. My streaming pc had some issues they fixed it and called me back to come get it. Told me what was wrong and also they did amazing custom lazer art work on my case glass and I wont ever get rid of my case because of it. Anybody who says this place is bad is highly mistaken. I can assure you they’ll definitely make it right and if for some reason they did work on your pc and it stopped working welcome to the world of technology where things are bad out of the box for no reason. I have had a friend purchase a 3070 from here during peek gpu times. They do carry a lot of equipment and are extremely knowledgeable… here’s a picture of the laser work and another of their shop.

I went in here to get some parts for my build and I wasn't expecting much because we're in lil ol Fayetteville, but they had a lot of the parts i needed! The person who helped me, i'm so sorry i forget his name, was very knowledgeable. I've had bad experiences being a woman in the PC gaming life, but they didn't treat me any different which i truly appreciate because i was very nervous. The person also gave me alternatives for the build and led me in the right direction for parts they didn't have. BTW - if you remember me I was able to get the Lian Li case on amazon ? so thank you so much for all your help!
