Should be closed down. Machines never work, Don’t even think about paying at pump. System always broken, telling me to see cashier. Really who has time to stand in line in the hood. Refuse to try then again.

Three Stars based on convenience good case customer service thank you Miss Kayla the facilities need to be cleaned and swept up outside and inside whenever I go there the people are nice and professional which are the employees and it's in a very very convenient spot the corners of Ramsey & Rose heal on the way to the freeway Martin Luther King or toward downtown or to the shopping centres going north Walmart and other shopping facilities so with that being said that is very helpful in the long run for the neighbourhood

First time and last time I stop here my brother try to buy some lottery tickets the old white guy ask for an Id, He didn't even saw it and he say we don't take it really rude for customer service

Receipt says ALICE rang me up. Their card reader had issues and our corporate card was asking for driver #. Which it doesn't do. After a few tries.... Alice got ignorant and short with me about it. She was clearly being inconvenienced. Only after I had to use my personal card did she mention her readers do that sometimes. I then chose NOT to buy 40 gallons of fuel there as a result and won't go back. I'm in town on business. I understand this is a low income, crime ridden area.... but they need to hire people with manners who dont gossip and curse with other employees about other ppl with customers present.

Good customer service, the manager is extremely helpful and very kind however dont use pump #4 unfortunately yesterday I was assured by management that there was nothing wrong with the gas after having to be towed from the gas station however my car was in the shop yesterday and all day today in which water was found in my tank. $325 later the car is still running rough but it is recovering. I drove from Phoenix to here without a single issue from the car on Monday this week arriving on Wednesday. The car was running fine until I filled up at the pump. It may have been due to the heavy rain fall from the storm. Nonetheless I have nothing negative to say about the staff they are all good people and very helpful!

Went in there to buy some scratch tickets, presented my non-drivers ID when asked, which is usual for me since I got such a baby face. Lady behind the counter gets all huffy and uppity and tells me “You need a drivers license from this state to buy scratch cards.†My mom then shows her military ID and the lady repeated herself with additional “You can't use military ID.†Got really nasty with us when told so long as it's a government issued ID it's valid to use, and told us she was right. We called the lottery service and now they're being investigated. Don't go there, I can't say for the other girls who work there but the so called “manager†as she called herself is rude, ignorant and uneducated, keep your money and drive down the street to the other shop.
