Half the gas pumps never work, or out of order, the software in the pumps are really slow, it takes waaaay too long to get gas here, when and if you can

The card reader never works and they won’t accept mobile payments. Skip this gas station. The card readers at the pump have been down since Jan 1st. I’m going to stop going to gas stations that don’t accept mobile payments, becauseafter my card was skimmed I’m being careful. I will not go inside the gas station!

Customer Service Suck! I’m very disappointed with the way Mandy (White lady dark hair with rotten teeth) treated me then when I asked for her name she spelled it out and told me I was d*** she didn’t care if I called her boss or corporate. I have a fleet business card with shell. I would’ve never stopped if I knew I was going to be treated like this. I wasn’t even greeted nothing she was talking to man behind me as if he was more important! This is sad I never expected this.

This place has a problem with talking about things that don't have anything to do with the store like someone dealing with bedbugs in front of customers, I don't think the employees care about Humility and it backs up the line, they should save that stuff for there break do not recommend this place unless you like gossip.

Had a great experience here today! Not only was the price of gas one of the best in the area, but I walked in and was immediately greeted by Shameeka. As I checked out she was very friendly, as was the young gentleman working alongside her. They were so, so nice and really made my day!

This station has a good overall store manager. However the employees ( specifically one that is part of management ) seems to have an attitude most of the time with certain customers. I understand that gas stations automatically have a high employee turnover rate. Being that it is a dangerous job and you must be able to multitask. But with the world already having so many problems with various ways of discrimination you must be careful how your business is represented by the people that work there. Word of mouth is the best advertisement and it's free. In order to make better profits so your staff can be offered a better benefits package you need to be careful who you allow to represent your business. Thanks for listening.

Extremely rude staff went here for gas and forgot my cellphone. I suffer from memory issues so I have to write down my pen code for my new card . As I ran out to get my cellphone and come back and I hear the cashier male and a customer crack a joke about \" Oh young people these days with cellphones.\" I kindly told the Cashier male that his joke was not polit . And that I did here him. He acted as if he did nothing wrong. I would never want to stop at this gas station again. In his mind he was just being polite to another customer while talking poorly about the next customer.

Tracy is very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Its a regular occurrence and I avoid making purchases at this location while she is working.
