The staff here are amazing genuinely want to thank Mr.Al and Cam the security guard for having my back in a uncomfortable situations not only did they help me they made it quick and easy for me and my baby!!

The absolute SLOWEST drive thru I’ve ever experienced. I was not acknowledged and had to go inside. Do not recommend ordering and picking up at drive thru.

Don’t come through the drive thru cause you’ll be sitting waiting for your food/drink items for 30+ minutes. SMH

Usually this place is really good but this time march 12th at about 1120 it took us almost an hour to get our food and when we did receive it.. it was wrong.. I went in and just asked for cheese sauce that was supposed to be on my hot dogs..they just said ok and then proceeded to tell each other to get me cheese sauce and then they both just ignored me until I said never mind.. then the girl couldn’t even complete a full sentence.. I think this crew is on something.

I had a horrible first experience there today. I paid for the gas in the store, went to pump the gas but the pump didn't work. Went back to the clerk and he said that he'll reset the pump but it didn't work the second time either. I went back to store yet again and he asks me if I switched pumps, when I asked him why should I do that he replied: because that pump doesn't work. Really? So I've wasted all this time just to learn that the pump doesn't work??? Needless to say, I asked for my money back and took my business elsewhere! If this is how Sheetz operates, than Thanks but NO THANKS! I'll just stick with the gas stations where I get proper customer service and where there is a warning at the pumps are out of order!

I like the boom boom sauce. Is the only reason i order or recommend this placeI order the sauce on the food and order extra(pay for extra). Maybe they ran out at least send me something to dip my dry food thx

The SUPERVISOR (Antoine) tonight was on the floor handling food with a torn glove and a long fingernail hanging out. Absolutely disgusting. For a supervisor he was easily had the poorest attitude and the lowest work ethic. The other employees were in there hustling and more than accommodating. **Shoutout to Sarah for the positive attitude and actually looking for my shake and getting it to me immediately!**

We have used this location since it opened. At first they were on top of everything. Now? Not at all! Trying to pick up a drive thru order apparently takes an act of God. And delivery? Forget it! You never, ever get all of your items. The last time we ordered our order just vanished! I'd much rather drive across town at this point, if I get a craving for those sweet, sweet frozen lemonades!

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting on an order that I placed in advance. My food was ready and just sitting there and I had to say "excuse me" into the open drive through window for anyone to acknowledge me 7 minutes into getting to the actual window.
