“The service that Extra Space Storage at Enterprise Ave provides is exceptional. I had a storage unit there for four years while o was stationed in South Korea and I didn’t have any issues. Ms. Mona and her team maintain a very clean climate controlled environment which preserve the quality and condition of your values and belongings the same way you left them. This goes without saying but they cater directly to the needs of military service members. Please don’t hesitate to use their service.”

“I really am not one to write reviews but I had to. It didn't take long and I didn't have to ride around all day in this heat looking for a storage. I found everything I needed in this one stop. Easily accessible, great hours, and top prices. They have ground floor units...and the ground is elevated so the rain runs off into the waterway at the base of the units. So you don't have to worry about your things getting wet. And Ms. Tikia was very helpful answered all my questions and made my decision to rent here that much easier. Five stars from me.”

Ben was professional throughout the experiance and was able to work with us when our closing schedule got a bit delayed, they moved us in a day later than we had discussed and they stayed long after normal hours to get us setteled into our new home. I wanted to view the unit before I purchased it & due to his mobility range he wasn't able to show me hisself & not having another representative on site was also playing a factor. He was open, and honest, displayed professionalism when going over the contract terms. And the process was like 20 mins tops, I definitely recommend Ricky & this storage facility above others at this point.”

“It's a tight fit in the driving area for large trucks. Be prepared to make wide turns, and or back up and try again. Finding the building letter is easy. Initially I parked too far from my unit. I found the exit door that was closer to my unit, and that door was on the other side of Bldg K.
I went to exit the facility and I wasn't familiar with, or forgot to use the app feature. I kept driving up to the gate and it wouldn't open. The storage attendant eventually walked up from the other side and punched in her code and let out.
The unit is nice and climate controlled. It's priced lower than the competition so I chose them. The 10x15 is a nice size and the ceiling is nice and high. I'm guessing over 12 feet, so you can stack pretty high.”
“I rented a unit way back in 2018/2019. A long, long time. Prices increased slightly, but definitely worth it. My things were in the exact same condition as when I put them there. I'm definitely glad a sprang for the indoor unit. Staff was always helpful and communicated the price increases in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend!”
