If I could give Scott 12 stars I would!! I am very impressed with his work, his demeanor, his professionalism, his prices, his turn around time, everything!!Wow is all I can say. I had a small accident with my 2017 Jeep Compass and was devastated. I hit it with a dumpster that decided to jump behind it. I was heartbroken. I told my husband I wasn’t going to do an insurance claim I’d just pay out of pocket.The first place I went to C—- Co—ission quoted me between “$2500 and $5000.00” for repairs. I almost fainted. They had done work on my mustang when it was keyed but that was an insurance claim so I don’t know what the insurance company was charged. After talking to some friends I decided to shop around.Enter google reviews. The first place I went was Scott. I was impressed by him immediately. He took a look at my Jeep, told me when he could do it, quoted me a reasonable price and I agreed.The turn around time was impressive. Dropped my Jeep off Wednesday morning and it was done Thursday. I’m very satisfied with the work and price!! $700.00 is a heck of a lot better than a gray area between $2500 -$5000.00.If you want honest work at a fair price check him out!! ?Services: Painting

Don’t judge a book by its cover! Scott’s body shop is legit. Chuy and Scott perform some of the best body work and paint in Fayetteville, NC if not the entire state for a very fair price. Quick turn around and great customer service. A tier one establishment for sure!

On Saturday morning I was desperate to find help to close the window of my vehicle that could not wind up. It was stuck all the way to the bottom. I was told by someone at an auto shop that the motor of the door probably had stopped working. I checked several body shops but most were closed and unavailable. Fortunately I called Scotts Body Shop and received an answer by a welcoming voice. I related the problem I was experiencing. I was reassured that someone would check the vehicle. When I arrived at the shop Scott recognized that I was person with whom he spoke on the phone. Surprisingly, he left everything he was doing, dismantled the door of my SUV and within 20 minutes my window was fixed. Another surprise is that he did this as a kind favor, refusing my offer to pay him for his services. Such excellent and compassionate service warrants this review that Scotts Body Shop is the place to go for guaranteed customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this body shop!!

Scott's Body Shop has been a great mentor and service of mine for years, Scott the owner and his team were given to me when I was in a tight spot and he helped me step by step by his honest opinion and ultimately an affordable service. I recommend him 100%for vehicle restoration & insurance claims for accidents and paint jobs.

I went to 3 body shops to get an estimate for repairing spot peeling of paint on my 2014 KIA. Every shop I went to gave me an estimate of $2000. When I told them that I couldn't afford their estimates, one of the body shops recommended Scotts, admitting that sometimes they used Scotts when they were overloaded. They also promised me that Scott's was much less expensive than many of their large body shops.I took their advice and went to Scotts Body Shop. Within 3 days, when I picked up my car, my brother-in-law saw how beautifully Scott's had replaced the extensive peeling, using the specialized 3-layer paint KIA used! It looked like a brand new car!My brother-in-law immediately asked Scott to give him an estimate on his car that had a large dent and paint scrapes on it and was pleasantly surprised at the estimate.Not only does my car look brand new...The other body shop was correct...I was charged 2/3 less than all the other paint & body shops and got a first-class paint job.Run, don't walk to Scott's...he's top notch!Becky BarfieldServices: Painting
