- - double negative stars took my vehicle there because I am member big joke. Well first they don't tell you they don't have all of the equipment to service you until after you have purchased the tires they don't do balancing and tell you to go to Firestone for that. Well if that's the case I will never go here again. Thanks to the manager glen

Bought a new set of tires for my carThe waiting time is overwhelming.Bad speriernce, there's not a store manager and the guy at front doesn't care . Six months later the tires rotation service!!!! OMG set up appointment at two and left the store so close to five pm.Again the service sucks .

Line to leave is always at least half the length of the store. Scan & go doesn't save me any time because I still need to wait 5-10 minutes at the exit line

if I could give this sams a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Absolutely rude. First and last time going to this location. Not understanding why this location doesn't have scan to pay or tap. My niece needed formula and they wouldn't let me pay at all regardless. No remorse, just flat out rude. Don't go here.

Today was the WORST experience I ever had here. A employee working in the meat section came and followed my family and I through all the cooler sections. My son who knows not to be touching the meat was accused of poking them! When we asked our son in front of the employee the employee started to give us attitude. Saying "come on I just saw him do it" "man I just saw him poking the meat!" Like excuse me I as the parent am asking my son if he did or didn't do this. If he did then we would have apologized and bought the meat if it was damaged. All this employee wanted to do was run his mouth and argue and the guy couldn't even look us in the face! This was the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered and I hope that he see's that he could have handled this situation better. Please teach your employees how to have better customer service!

I was super excited to find the item that I was looking for.- created an account ok- because a plus member ok- placed the order ok- received an update that I had received the item 9 months prior to purchase date! time traveling!- received a phone call a few days later that the item is out of stock and getting a refund. no refund yet- called and canceled the membership, no refund in the form of a gift card runaround no gift card- called twice, gave me a run around or hung up on me after a 15 to 20 minutes being on-holdmy mistake, I regret chosing Sam's club, or perhaps it was just a bit of bad luck.

This store needs to reevaluate who they have working in certain areas. If you have people working in food that can't handle their environment and get mad at the customers over it, that's not okay. I shouldn't have a worker mad at me because i wasn't aware of who was in front of me. After asking who was first the lady got mad and went back to talk to her coworkers pissed off because we didn't know and obviously didn't want to be rude and cut each other. She then came back and yelled let's try this again "who's first?". I under the frustration but it's not my job to keep track of other peoples orders and i certainly shouldn't be shouted at over it. I get people have bad days but i certainly don't need to deal with a worker that has a bad temper. It could've been resolved had she given more than two seconds for someone to come forward and get their order.

The store is fairly clean and typically well stocked, but the staff here are terrible. They all have attitudes and act like they're not at a job where they have to actually do work. Had to wait 40 minutes for them to "find" my pick up order.... And every time I have had fresh produce picked up it's always already moldy.

Sams club is right off of Skibo. Yes you should probably do your shopping in the day time rather than night. But thats any where. Other than that the location for the store is good, plenty of parking and gas station is right by the exit. You also have Walmart and other local stores around there. Being off of the main road of skibo, traffic does go by fast. It's a pretty good sized Sams club and isn't too busy during the week. DONT PARK BY THE DOORS TO THE BUILDING YOU WILL GET CAUGHT IN PEOPLE TRAFFIC!! Did that won't do it again. Makes more sense driving here than an hour away to Costco.

I like the volume pricing and large packages of products. However I am very unhappy about an incident that happened today ! My wife and I had made our semi monthly 3” mike trek to Sams to stock back up on essentials! We purchase our bottled water there as it is all we drink we go through a lot of bottled water! We always purchase 6 cases of water at a time . So today we have our cart loaded and the store was busy which was a shock for a thursday just after lunch ! We finally

Worst customer service ever. Don't even think about purchasing from the jewelry counter. I stood for over 15 minutes without even a glimpse in my direction from an employee. I finally flagged someone down who said he would "find someone" as several employees meandered around the store as if they had nothing to do.

I like to stock up on breakfast foods once a month. I also like the connivence of the location. I used the self check out and I never have any problems. I have had a membership for 10 plus years!
