- - double negative stars took my vehicle there because I am member big joke. Well first they don't tell you they don't have all of the equipment to service you until after you have purchased the tires they don't do balancing and tell you to go to Firestone for that. Well if that's the case I will never go here again. Thanks to the manager glen

Bought a new set of tires for my carThe waiting time is overwhelming.Bad speriernce, there's not a store manager and the guy at front doesn't care . Six months later the tires rotation service!!!! OMG set up appointment at two and left the store so close to five pm.Again the service sucks .

Line to leave is always at least half the length of the store. Scan & go doesn't save me any time because I still need to wait 5-10 minutes at the exit line

if I could give this sams a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Absolutely rude. First and last time going to this location. Not understanding why this location doesn't have scan to pay or tap. My niece needed formula and they wouldn't let me pay at all regardless. No remorse, just flat out rude. Don't go here.

Today was the WORST experience I ever had here. A employee working in the meat section came and followed my family and I through all the cooler sections. My son who knows not to be touching the meat was accused of poking them! When we asked our son in front of the employee the employee started to give us attitude. Saying "come on I just saw him do it" "man I just saw him poking the meat!" Like excuse me I as the parent am asking my son if he did or didn't do this. If he did then we would have apologized and bought the meat if it was damaged. All this employee wanted to do was run his mouth and argue and the guy couldn't even look us in the face! This was the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered and I hope that he see's that he could have handled this situation better. Please teach your employees how to have better customer service!

I was super excited to find the item that I was looking for.- created an account ok- because a plus member ok- placed the order ok- received an update that I had received the item 9 months prior to purchase date! time traveling!- received a phone call a few days later that the item is out of stock and getting a refund. no refund yet- called and canceled the membership, no refund in the form of a gift card runaround no gift card- called twice, gave me a run around or hung up on me after a 15 to 20 minutes being on-holdmy mistake, I regret chosing Sam's club, or perhaps it was just a bit of bad luck.

I received a wholly broken wall clock y mail from SamsClub.com, impossible to use; all the numbers were broken, and the glass was cracked into pieces as well.
SamsClub.com REFUSED to refund/replace/accept a return because of some membership I don't have with them.
When I asked what the connection is between membership to me paying for a product and receiving a completely broken one which is impossible to use, they just kept repeating I'm not a member of their club, so there is nothing they can help me with.
If I have no membership, how is it that you still take my money, tho?
STAY AWAY!!!! FRAUD!

I Bheasker Subbanna being a Sams plus member ship holder I visited Skibos Sams at 9 am on 10/5/2022 went to meat section the employee there said there was a minimum of 9 we were ok with that. my wife and i went on cake shopping, the meat section employee was not happy and he called the supervisor on us and the supervisor said the same thing about the limitation. the manager said there was no limitation on products. the behavior was very disgusting and unprofessional. we are paying for the product that we choose but they acted as though they were giving it away for free. let me know if that is true. because at a local strip club minimum decency can not be maintained. We were walking towards the billing section and a Sams employee was doing the trash and putting in trash liners inside the Sams club. he made a big sound were i had to stop for a moment and see what was going on. Meanwhile the employee turns towards me and said mind your mother f****** business. I did not understand why he was all guns abusing me. Was I at sams or in a local strip club, because at a local strip club minimum decency can not be maintained The manger passing by stopped towards me and asked what's going on and I told him what happened he did say he would take care of it but I was not happy. Just because I asked the manger to call the employee and ask him why he cussed me. The manager said it's not possible. I told him we can go to the office and ask the employee and the manger refused that also. I really wanted to make sure before I left why I was cussed and no one was there to help me. I was really ashamed, I'm doing sams club shopping or junk yard shopping. I have a lot to say about my bad experience but as of now I leave it here. I did contact Sams club customer care center and I have the complaint reference number 221005-006258. I want corporate to react immediately on this one and call me if they get a chance. I have a sams membership for my business and i am thinking of stopping it.

* This review isn't for Sam's Club itself, but rather the AT&T employees inside here who solicit Sam's Club customers for their service(s). Only reason I'm making it 1 star is because 1 star reviews tend to get attention of management. I usually visit this location 1-2 times per month, and every single time I visit, the AT&T employees are always extremely rude and pushy, trying to solicit me and get me to drop my current cell phone coverage for theirs. One female in particular with the butterfly tattoos on her arm / wrist got very aggressive with me because her little sales tactics didn't work on me. I'm not interested in their services, and even if I was, that particular employee just ruined any chance of me ever doing business with them. I would greatly appreciate it if Sam's Club monitored these AT&T employees behavior, or just get rid of them all together. They don't take "No / Not interested" very well.
