I was told I can't return an item bc I don't have the physical receipt when I had the digital receipt on my email and under my account. Had to call customer service to tell me I should've been able to return it with the digital receipt. Waste of gas money driving back and forth from the store because the associate doesn't understand the store policy.

It always a good experience! But last evening was special; the blonde young lady at the register was very helpful, very well informed ;very professional , I believe is the manager !Next time I will ask her name and introduce my self as a salon owner! Fernandos Hair Styling??

This store does not answer the phone. EVER :) Clearly if you have a question for them, you have to visit them in person. :)) then you get there and realize they are completely out of what you needed. :))) when you could of just called to begin with and not waste time and gas with the drive and there and back. :))))

First time visiting this location. I was interested in finding some edge control with more natural ingredients. I asked the associate but a particular product but they didn't have it. As I browsed, I had a question and at the time the associate was on the phone but explained she was talking to a manager she worked with and gave a suggestion on edge control. I am all for suggestion. I asked the associate will this edge control do well in the heat and she said yes, "my previous manager uses this and she got more hair than you". I will not be entering a store that is comparing my hair, that is on a bun to someone else when we are talking about a product. Unprofessional, I do not recommend.

MASSIVE shout out to Elisa and Mara! I came in with dark hair that I had highlighted myself. Of course the highlights were orange. Elisa was there on Sunday and not only walked me through exactly what to do, but also wrote the instructions on the back of my receipt! I had one last question about the timing, and even BEFORE they opened, Mara was there to answer my call and my question. YOU LADIES SAVED MY HAIR FOR A VERY BIG NIGHT TONIGHT! Really wishI had taken before/after pics. ASK FOR A RAISE, LADIES!

Layla and staff were knowledgeable about nail polish off the bat. Layla was extremely kind to let my toddler help with every step of the check out process. I’d love to come back.

Ashley is an amazing associate and gave me the best customer service today. She had a positive attitude and went the extra mile to make sure that I was able to use some rewards that I earned on my account. The staff in general at this location is always friendly and very helpful with assisting customers with making decisions. The Manager is also very nice and helpful . It’s nice to have a good customer service experience especially now when it doesn’t happen that often. Thanks again Ashley for a great experience.

I absolutely love this Sally's location. Short hair lady, with glasses is always so sweet. Unlike other Sally's. Would recommend this one!

Visited this location and almost everything seemed out of stock or there was only 1-2 of each. I understand the social-distancing measures, but one employee came off as rude when she started ordering customers in the same aisle to move because 1) my family and I were in the aisle before the other group came, why should we have to move if we arrived first? 2) the other group had two children who were not wearing a face mask, they should not be allowed in public places according to the signs posted. After she told everyone to move, she stood in the middle of both groups talking for 10 minutes about a customer's botched hair etc. My family and I are still trying to find out products ma'am! It's so rude of you to block the display because you're gossiping with the other group.This particular employee was also stocking the lower shelves with legs and everything spread out on the floor, preventing customers from being able to walk by or could cause someone to trip.Lastly, all of a sudden they do not supply bags anymore. I purchased almost $100 worth of products and I can't even have a bag? They were selling paper bags for 15 cents each. I don't mind paying for bags, (they've always done that in California), but for a flimsy paper type? If you had a sign or posted on your website that you don't provide bags I would've went to another store or brought my own.

Everyone in this store knows their stuff! The store is always clean. Great staff !!! Girls are always smiling and they make everyone feel like their at home.
