It was overall a great service experience! I had two cars worked on in the past two weeks . They called me twice and messaged me multiple times confirming appointments both times . Im unsure who worked on my first car but they did a great job . Seemed pretty quick and looks great. The second car took a little longer but it also looks I know Kevin worked on the second car, he did a fantastic job. Hershel at the front desk was also very helpful and friendly too. Id bring my cars back for any future repairs ! Thank you all!

Bobby came to where I was working and replaced my windshield. He was very professional and gave me updates on when he'd be there. It was very convenient and overall a positive experience.

Service was excellent. The technician Devante was phenomenal, he came out to our apartment first thing in the morning to repair a broken driver side window. He was patient, professional and worked diligently to help repair and clean the broken glass. His attention to detail and overall kindness helped to soothe my anxiety. After dealing with the stress of having a car broken into, speaking with Devante reminded me that there still are good people in Fayetteville.

Bought a new Platinum F-150 from a dealership in Georgia. Could not drive down to get it so they drove in up to NC for me. On the way a stone hit the windshield and cracked it. Went to Safelight. They will be putting in my new windshield just waiting for check.

Walked into two women eating lunch at the check-in counter. Already showing signs of professionalism. The receptionist is short with you until you are ready to pay and leave. Then she gets friendly. Surprise, surprise. The 'sitting area' has maybe six chairs, which all look like they want a trip to the dumpster. I scheduled a windshield replacement, which was supposed to come to me. Well, that didn't happen, they didn't have enough people working. In the second attempt, they ordered the wrong windshield, and the third attempt they replaced it, but now there is glue all over the on the inside of my windshield, and I have a loud squeak when I drive. I wanna say its not sealed all the way, but I'm not a professional, and neither are they apparently. Avoid this location. Or go to another glass professional. Two stars because the glass stayed on.

The worst. Didn’t call. I was at my house 24 minutes after the beginning of my 5 hour window which was 1-5pm. I was at my house at 1:24 and never received a phone call letting me know someone was on the way like I was told was going to happen. Then I see a “sorry we missed you” door hanger. I called the company they claim they called and said they can’t take care of my windshield today. Garbage service…

Drove approximately 2 hours to Durham, NC location, called to notify within 10 minutes but couldn’t find shop, got directions, informed would be few minutes late. Female said no problem. Arrived, Joshua told me I missed appointment and he couldn’t work me in. Cold!!!Called Glass Doctor and was scheduled for next day. Used original manufacturer's glass and calibrated. Provided friendly , great service.

They came to replace my windshield in my Jeep Wrangler. The technician left glass all on my Jeep, the inside of my Jeep & all in my driveway. The cleanup after the replacement was very sloppy. The technician should have communicated the old glass broke on him. That’s just common sense. I had to do his job afterwards to clean up the glass in my car & ALL the glass he left in my driveway. I will never use this location again.
