Very poor customer service. Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 and service agent told me it would be 3 hours. Never got a call back or update. Called back around 4:30 and was put on hold until closure at 5:00. Now I gotta take time off of work because my car isn’t ready. Pretty disappointed.

I have yet to have any problems , I'm just glad that I can see out my window, great job
