If you want to try on the jewelry before you purchase it don’t come to this Ross. I was shopping and had a few things i wanted to purchase. But wasn’t allowed to try on a bracelet to see how it fits on my wrist and i was told by security i wasn’t allowed to do so. I’m not sure if i was just passive aggressively accused of trying to steal, but i was told i can only try on the jewelry in the glass display. Now i shop at Ross multiple times a week and i have have never had this issue before but this is a new location i visit for the first time. Security tried telling me it was a rule at ever Ross but that simply not true THEN i was told i would have to purchase the bracelet to try it on and if it didn’t fit i could just return it. INSANE. I’ll stick to my usual locations for now on ?

Being approached by security when you have your two kids to prove you’re not shoplifting is absurd. Maybe if handled appropriately, it wouldn’t feel so maddening. “Security” there is on a real power trip.
