If I could give the a zero rating I would Stay Away from this dealership. I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze and it broke down 2 days after I bought it. I just spent 1,600 dollars to have it fixed again 2 days ago. If I wasn’t a Christian woman, I would curse them out. This is the 3rd time it’s been in the shop it’s breaking me and they knew all this before I bought the car but them being so greedy they seen me coming a mile away SHAME on RICK HENDRICKS TOYOTA in Fayetteville NC.

I bought a new phone and couldn’t get it to work with my 2022 Camry. Teresa in service was so patient and helpful. Even though she couldn’t figure it out at first, she took my number and found someone who could fix it. I went back the next day and the problem was resolved. That to me is excellent team work! Thank you Teresa for persevering!
