Loved Reverie, the staff were so friendly and helpful and they always had a nice stock of revolving items that were interesting. I particularly always enjoyed their stock of different chocolates and they had a great selection of items for children. Also, they have some of the best most unique cards in town for every occasion. Such a cool store, I highly recommend stopping by.

I enjoyed shopping at Reverie. I found a very cute tank top for my upcoming cruise over the 4th of July. They have an impressive number of stickers of all types. Lots of different items for sale. I saw there were lots of bad reviews of their online store. Their brick and mortar store is great! Lots of unique items. I would recommend!

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought something from this shop! I purchased an item through their online shop on 3/3/24; It is now May 30th and the item was never received (or even mailed as far as I can tell through package tracking). I have attempted to contact them numerous times for help, with no reply. This sucks. Don't throw away your money on an unresponsive "business".

I made my purchase of a single pair of earrings to replace the ones I had bought in store on March/25. Never received a confirmation email or anything. Contacted them through Facebook got a run around of were a small business I’ll have the owner send you an email which I never received. Reached out to them again through Facebook they read my message and did not reply. If you can not run a store and a website don’t offer online shipping. It’s now may 5th and all I have is crickets. I’d suggest fulfilling the orders you have before adding more to your shop. This is unprofessional as I loved this store and recommended it to all my friends. Now I’m just embarrassed no one got their orders.
Update instead of communicating with me and helping to get my order they ignored me and issued out a refund.

PayPal issued a refund because my items were not shipped a week after I placed my order and they wouldn’t respond to my emails. Do not order from them online. They have no phone number to contact.

We had a great shopping experience today. My children and I enjoyed finding treasures and the staff was very kind! Cute local boutique located in the heart of Fayetteville. You can get some great gifts for your loved ones here!

I have been a customer at Reverie since it opened, and I won't be again. I used to enjoy stopping in when I lived near Fayetteville, and I continued making online purchases after I moved away, with my last successfully fulfilled order on 12/13/23. I never experienced any problems with order fulfillment until I placed my final order on 12/26/23. Since we were still in the midst of the Christmas season, I was not too concerned when a week had gone by without a status update. However, after 2.5 weeks without a shipping confirmation, I contacted the store via email on 1/13/24 for a status update. I would have preferred to call, but they do not list a phone number online. Ridiculous. Anyway, no one responded to my email. I sent a follow-up email on 1/19/24 (no response, of course), and I sent a Facebook message that day, too, because I had seen that they were active on their Facebook page. If you can imagine it, no one responded to that either. I sent a follow-up Facebook message on 1/20/24 requesting that they "please respond to my message." They viewed my message but did not say anything. I found it bizarre that they were updating social media but apparently did not know how to reply to messages via email or messaging apps. Thankfully, I got my money back from my bank due to their lack of follow-through and poor customer service, but it was an annoying and time-consuming ordeal.Based on their abundance of Taylor Swift merchandise, it is easy to tell that the Reverie staff are Swifties. From my experience, I can tell you that Reverie is a nightmare dressed like a daydream.Save yourself the time and frustration, and patronize other small businesses!

Please don’t buy anything online from this store. There is no phone number, no email. The only way to contact them is by sending a Facebook message—which they won’t bother responding to. I placed my order, received no merchandise and no communication whatsoever. My only recourse is a refund through my credit card company.

I was so excited to find a pair of earrings I lost a while back on this webpage. I bought a few other things totally $100. This was placed on November 4th. Nothing has been sent out to me, shipped to me. I have sent multiple emails no response, I have sent a FB Message- Which I received a response that she was looking in to it and then have been ghosted since. I have also left a Instagram message-no response. My hope is to stop someone from making the same mistake I did and buying from this shop. Especially around the holidays-stiffing someone without a gift or taking their money.

There is no phone number listed anywhere online. And the multiple emails I sent for the last 2 weeks have not been responded to. Their website does not say how to return an item or have any contact info. Online shoppers Beware customer service for this online shop is nonexistent.
