First let me say you know when you do a bad job I have a overlay on my nails meaning they are MINE you filed they very incorrectly then the polish looks like a two year old done them I didn’t even complain I said I just wasn’t going back so in the same plaza it’s another nail shop God behold who walks in the man from Walmart when I said I didn’t want him to do my nails the lady must have felt some Kim of way why was I asked to come back another time my nails were just done last Friday and I tipped as wellServices: Nail painting

honestly the worst experience ive ever had at a salon the first picture is what i asked for and the second is what the lady gave me i specifically asked her to do this exact design with red instead of orange. i don't know what she was doing but it was nothing close to what i wanted. the application is messy and uneven she told me at the end she couldn't do the design after already stating she could, they have dirty materials, she cut up my cuticles and they're using MMA acrylics. she genuinely did what she wanted to instead of just saying she didn't know how to do it. OSHA should shut this place down immediately

This is the second time Ive taken my daughter to get her nails done. The first time, the man doing her nails made her bleed on several fingers, so we didnt return for like 2 years. We happened to be at walmart today and figured its been a long time it has got to be better. We got stuck with the same guy. He watched his phone half the time and spoke to his coworkers, in their language, the other half of the time, not interacting with my daughter at all. Seeing my daughter wincing, I took her hand and see several fingers bleeding AGAIN at the cuticles. When I asked if he had any neosporin he acted like he didnt speak english. Another worker overheard and flung neosporin across the room. $35.00 for half done bleeding nails and now Ill pay someone else to do it correctly. This place is just lazy and wore out. And after reading these other comments it seems like this guy has been a problem for a long time. Why is he still working there? On a side note, why are your nail technicians eating at their tables. Horrible ! Bleeding around my nails from rough filing , residue all stuck on my fingers , nails uneven , clumpy polish , visible bubbles in my nails , waited 2 hours to even be seated as they helped people who walk in well after me and didn’t help me till I started to walk out. The worst place you can ever go customer service terrible no respect to the customers my first and my last time ever going there no kind of respect. I wouldn't give them one star especially that man that works there that do nails nasty all of them he try to use the same tools that he use in the next customer on my hand until I explained and don't use that then he didn't do my nails right come backtomorrow no you need to do my nail . I advise anyone not to go there poor service and poor customer relationsIn Walmart the one on Raeford road.

It took 2 hours for a basic short set of acrylic nails not including dry time bc the gentleman kept stopping to talk coworkers and on phone barely communicated w me on shape and nail type before the 2 hours w him I had a pedi and had to get polish fixed bc it was bare streaks in it not happy but u live an learn

I’ve tried this place again and again due to location convenience praying that each time would be better than the last but nothing has changed. It’s obvious that these people are just working for the money and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or the finished product. Besides the glue residue, uneven nail length, inconsistencies with the polishing, and burns from filing, prepare to hear unprofessional conversations about the low income customers they’ve had that receive welfare. I am not on welfare and am too a “taxpayer” however, some conversations aren’t meant to be had with other customers. Be careful with what you decide to share with the people in there.. they’re sharing all of y’all business with others.Services: Pedicures

They guy did not apply acrylic smooth nor did he shape my nails evenly from one nail to the other.
