I just spoke with your customer representative Beth Smith who was very unpleasant.I was quoted $350 for a repair of my late mother’s ring that your representative stated wasn’t worth more than $400.I asked if she was an appraiser she said no.I did not like your customer service at all.Lucretia

I had a wonderful experience at Reeds today. Cam is a great salesman. He has the patience of job. He was very nice kind pleasant and most importantly very professional. Cam exceeded my expectations today. We need more Cams in customer service .
