I initially was impressed by the service department but then they took advantage of me multiple times and overcharged me and so my faith has been betrayed.

scheduled an oil change bc i knew it was free- they changed my air filter and charged me 75$ without telling me. so i went in thinking i'd pay nothing and had to pay 75$ for something that is 20$. extremely disappointed.

I had my car repaired at Reed Lallier. Replaced a water pump and front motor mount in late 2022. When I changed my motor oil in April 2023, I noticed that half of my plastic retaining clips were missing, and some are broken in the engine and wheel well area, where the work was performed. Now, as a result, my car rattles when driven and looks poorly kept when you raise the hood. I know I will have to come out of my pocket to replace them. These little items are not cheap to replace. There is no quality assurance work performed here. Just get them in and out. I went on their contact site about the matter. No returned calls. Owners beware.

Reed Lallier is hands down the best Chevy dealership I have been to and this is coming from a lifelong chevy fan. To start off their vehicle selection is great. It is difficult today to go to a dealership and find the amount of vehicles they had sitting on the lot. I was able to find the vehicle I wanted online and it was sitting on the lot when I went to the dealership. My salesman Ethan was great. He answered all of my questions, arranged for a test drive, and even got me a great deal on a great car. If you are looking for great prices and great service I would highly recommend Reed Lallier Chevy.

I bought my wife a Tahoe from here. Upon test drive I was told they would fix the vibration in the tires. I am in the auto business myself, I Could tell it was a bad tire. After the sale they couldn't fix the tires and refused to replace them. I had to buy tires for a brand new car. It rides great now.

Okay so boom. I kid you not, I really wish I could give this Shitstablishment of a place negative 5 stars and get it shut down but I'm just gonna tell you all the God's honest truth and let him do the work for me. Amen. It all started when I got an oil change and tired rotation from Precision Auto Tune on Raeford rd, yep I'm calling y'all out too. After they did those 2 services my car vibrated and shook like a phone on vibrate on a hard surface. It happened EVERY, SINGLE time I slowly accelerated. At stop signs, red lights and even on the highway when traffic was heavy it ALWAYS did it. I took it to this place (Reed-Lallier) let's not forget, they test drove it, and said they felt nothing. It was getting late when they brought it back and the service department man told me if it happens again bring it back into the garage, leave it running, wave me down and we'll take it for a test drive. Best believe I did just that. My car did exactly what I described to you on my way home that day and I wasn't even 10min away from the dealership. I brought it back, might not have been the next day, I do have a job and money to make but it was within a weeks time okay.. that same week on a Saturday actually. They finally felt it when i brought it back in and told me to schedule an appointment to have their technician thoroughly look at it. When I brought it back in they ran a diagnostic and found absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Here's where it gets even better. I got my car from a Chevrolet dealership in Wake Forest. I took it all the way back there, they ran a diagnostic on my car and found that my transmission had been falling apart this whole time! They found metal pieces from my transmission in my transmission fuel and have to keep my car for 2 weeks! So because this place has no idea what they're doing or even the slightest clue as to what they should do I was driving my car like that for 2 months. Now my transmission has to be torn apart and fully replaced because their service department is full of imbeciles. If you care anything about you car and REALLY want to know what's going on with it DO NOT TAKE IT TO REED-LALLIER CHEVROLET ON RAEFORD IN FAYETTEVILLE NORTH CAROLINA Thank you for your time and have a blessed day

Had a great experience at RL. Our salesperson, Jorge Padilla was great. We did have to go back and forth with the typical "what's the best you can do on that price" with the finance person but it all worked out in the end. Our contract lady, Ms. Loria was super sweet.Let's hope for a long future together.
