This place is god awful. Worse experience ever. I would not recommend no car to come here, not even to get air in the tires. The employees were nice and friendly but the owners on the other hand.. the owners don’t do anything. The employees are there to meet and greet the employees and make sure they get treated well and handled but the owners just sit hiding and change plans so cars just sit and collect dust. I’ve worked here and was treated like garbage, barely got paid, and spent more than 55 hours there and week,

Came in this morning for an aftermarket alignment and the service was great. Great customer service, great communication, and all at an affordable price.

Although the staff were really nice and seemed to be helpful, I was still unable to get an actual update or diagnosis as to what is going on with my car. It’s going on 3 weeks, I’ve called multiple times for an update throughout my wait, and each time I got the same response.. “the owner would like to double check to give an accurate diagnosis”. I offered to bring my car back up multiple times but was told it wasn’t needed until towards the end of week 2 when they requested me to. I scheduled an appointment and shared that I would only be available 2 hours for the owner to look over it as I have client sessions for work. I get there on time for my appointment and they tell me that the owner isn’t here and once again will have a different person scan to see the issue. I still have not gotten a diagnosis after almost 2 hours. I’m highly disappointed with the progress to support me with this issue & that my time was wasted.

These guys was great!!! I was having trouble with my ac in my truck and couldn’t get nobody to fix it on a Saturday evening because of course people was ready to go home and enjoy their weekend. I pull up to these guys at 4 pm on a Saturday and they jumped right on the job!! Not only did they fix my air but they top off everything under my hood!! I’m truly amazed how much these guys take pride in their work!! 5 star rating All Day long!!!

Excellent service and great customer service. Scheduled an appointment for a four wheel alignment. Nick completed the alignment and explained the before and after specifications. Highly recommend.

Not gunna lie...the only good thing that's in this establishment is the young lady at the front desk, Heather. Parts availability was trash. Waited for weeks just to be told that they can't fix it. I do NOT recommend Redline Auto to anyone!! STAY AWAY!

Great service, I’m in town on business and had an issue with my battery connection. Owner was great, he did it hisself and gave me information to help me find used tires near where I was staying at. 5 stars for the professionalism

DO NOT TAKE !!!
The owner is never there which is a new shop and I tried to give my business which for simple work ( tires, exhaust work) kept my car 3 weeks when they said it was a 6 hr job.
The staff is nice but they can work to full potential when there boss and his wife works front desk and she is always confused . People cars have gotten stolen from there from lack of care of people hard earn cars .

Phenomenal staff and great service! I had my car diagnosed by Nick, he explained to me exactly what the problem was with my suspension and got me back on the road with no issues!!
