The Best Hotel in Fart Bragg buy Far the staff is polite and respectful and the rooms are incredibly clean the towels are fresh and new and white and clean and everyone is friendly this is the best Bang for your bucks there aren't any extra people around asking for donations and I havent seen any harry Christopher's or etc... It's like Kid Rock could stay here and not get asked for a cigarette or an autograph,I strongly recommend this particular hotel @3136 Bordeaux Park Drive in Fart Bragg North CarolinaThankQ Very MuchBy the way the entire Staff is friendly and accommodating per the example of a Polite Professional named Sonny

We stayed here overnight in route to Fla. We stayed here only because we were traveling with our dog. This place seems like a welfare motel. We didn't feel safe leaving our things in the car. The next morning at 6:30 a.m. there was a barefoot toddler wandering around by himself. We were very happy to leave this place & would never stay here again.

BEWARE OF THE BATHROOM! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!The sheets were either dirty or stained, maybe both. There were cigarette burn holes on them too. They smelled of smoke so badly I couldn't sleep. But worst of all, was the bathroom. Not only was the shower dirty, there was something on the wall near the toilet. I originally assumed it was a stain like on the ceiling. But I tried to wipe it with a piece of tissue and it came off. The most disgusting experience I ever had including staying at "hole in the wall" motels. After noticing this, I started packing to leave and saw two roaches. Was only able to apprehend one of them. I would have rather slept in my car. The desk clerk was rude and refused to give me their name or their managers. I unfortunately was unable to get a refund for the second night that I would absolutely not stay. Nobody contacted us after leaving our information. STAY AWAY!Noteworthy details: Disgusting and dirty. Bad service. Won't refund

The owner is nice and such. But we stayed there for four days. The club next door is horrible. At the most each night we maybe got 1-2 hours of sleep. The club is supposed to close at like 12 or 1. The loud bumping and people being there doesn't actually stop until 4-5am. I honestly really feel bad for the owner, it's an unfortunate situation.

Stayed here on January 13, 2024Don't stay here, had roaches, smelled like smoke, towels and wash cloths had stains(just use bleach),noisey, bath room sink had cigarette burns. Worse night ever in this hotel.Owner makes rude comments too customers. Door in my room didn't have safety lock it was broken.Never ever will I stay here again. Owner makes inappropriate comments

Had 3 people in our hotel room, only 2 towels in the room. Went to desk to get another towel, they didn't have anymore and asked if we could use wash rags. ? not terrible, but will not stay there

They no longer offer breakfast at all so that needs to be taken down because it is false advertising! And they definitely do not honor the free night if they can't solve your issue in house! Roaches in a lot of rooms and most of the floors 1-3!

Checked in on Friday night 12/15/2023. Checked out Saturday morning 12/16/2023 after seeing multiple roaches and capturing them on video. Was supposed to stay 4 nights. Got my refund and will NEVER be seen there again. The filthiest place I have EVER seen. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. Mind you there were seedy characters hanging around outside. and I didn't get one ounce of sleep. SHAME ON YOU FOR LEADING PEOPLE TO PAY GOOD MONEY FOR WHAT WAS CLEARLY THE SLUMS. If I could give no stars I would or if I could’ve gotten a different hotel I would’ve for this place being a “no smoking property” the lobby and the rest of the hotel wreaked of weed. I have really bad allergies and could not breathe properly the whole night along with my son suffering the same as I not to mention there were bullet holes in the door and one in the fridge. The bed blankets were filthy along with the towels I did not feel comfortable sleeping on the bed at all. I highly recommend if you have the money and transportation stay somewhere else!!!

I spent 2 nights and I promise, I will never forget it. Roaches in the bathroom, I killed them lol, and breakfast was the biggest joke I’ve even seen. The staff however was very kind and courteous.

I booked this hotel for my husband for his out of town trip for work. The pictures are great but as we all know, pictures, just don’t do justice! He told me the floors didn’t look like they were cleaned in months, and there were German roaches, crawling all over the bathroom, and then a were in his luggage this morning before he checked out! I called the hotel last night when he told me about the roaches, and spoke to Britney, who told me to hold on a moment, and never came back to the phone. and when I called back four more times, she never answered! So I took it upon myself to block my number, so then she picked the phone right up by then I was beyond mad and I yelled at her, telling her that I was going to post this everywhere on every site that I can get to because no one needs to pay to sleep in a Filthy roach infested hotel!

The front desk clerk Brittany is always caring and going to extreme measures for every costumer making every need accommodated for. And Ms candy same goes for you house keepers now they do they do they job to also the owners are amazing people thank you to all of the staff and the owners at red roof for being so good to me and making sure I have a clean room and sheets and towels staff is amazing couldn’t be any better

Bugs in the room!! Refused to eat there. Bed was terrible, squeaked and popped when I dropped my phone on it, you can imagine what it was like sleeping on it. Room looked like it had not been cleaned. Shower doors nearly fell off when I slid one if them. Loud! People in hotel were loud. Talking and walking and yelling! Traffic horrible! Sirens and motorcycles all nite! I did not sleep. Got up at 4:00 am and left. Do not stay there!!EDIT.....You gave me the same answer you have everyone else that gave you a bad review, however I feel you are NOT sincere! If you were there would have been improvement. And for the record we will never stay there again. I will pay more to have better accomodations. And I will be reporting you to Red Roof corporate.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is nasty!!!! Loaded with roaches, tv and phone didn't work. When the guy came to look at the TV he just swatted the roach off the wall with the TV remote and stomped it. The manager refused to give a refund because he said we had been in the room too long. I guess 20 minutes to him is a long time. I had to threaten to call the health department in order to get a refund.
