We had forgot a sewing machine pedal and Randy’s sewing Center was the only place in town that carried it. Randy was very helpful and nice. If you’re looking for a machine, maintenance or parts check this place out!

Took my Janome sewing machine in for repair. It is 15 years old and I use it a lot. They fixed the problem and gave me some new information that I wasn’t aware of and my machine is running like new. Highly recommend Randy’s sewing center for machine repair.

Absolutely the most knowledgeable person in Fayetteville on sewing machine part, service, and all of their capabilities. I bought a six needle embroidery machine and love making gifts for family and friends as well as earning a little income on the side.

Randy is very knowledgeable and always does a great job! He has cleaned and repaired my embroidery machine a few times and always explains what was wrong and what I need to do to prevent issues in the future. He definitely is a cut above as far as workmanship and knowledge of his craft!

So thankful for Randy's Sewing Center. Since they have been opened I have not only purchased my lovely machines but also supplies. Every six months or so I bring in my girls for their spa treatment, AKA their servicing. Never had a problem and they come back better than ever and fast.The only place I will ever trust for my sewing needs.

I enjoyed the advice and shopping experience at Randy's Sewing Center very much. It was personal and friendly.I was restarting sewing after a 40 year hiatus and needed a new but simple sewing machine.I later called for advice on an attachment and again they were helpful. I highly recommend going there.

I was sold a used (unboxed)Juki that never worked. Found out it wasn’t a current model. I was told it had a 10 year warranty and if I had any questions or concerns to bring the machine by. I was also promised a tutorial, that never happened. It had this archaic threader that never worked. The bobbin was made of plastic and would always jam and clog up. He and his wife was very short and rude when I brought the machine by. It was implied I did everything except drop the machine. I hadn’t had the machine 2 weeks. They really deserve zero stars.

The education from the classes are great and easy to apply. The environment is friendly and welcoming. They listen and offer feedback when asked questions. They are truly interested in your success!
