Advice that I give you, they have a very ridiculous policy. If you don't have a receipt and you try to exchange your clothes for another size and they don't have it, you lose your money since to change they have to have the same ticket number and they won't give it back to you, much less They give you a giftcard, so that means Rainbow stores steal your money. I shop at the one in Four Sesaons Mall, the store is clean, the dressing room is unavailable, but they do have a return policy if you’re unhappy with your product.

If I could give 0 stars I would every time I go in here the coworkers are always just gossiping and yelling about their personal lives barely anyone ever looks productive. And their customer service skills are nonexistent. They dont even ask how you’re doing or welcome you in the store. I asked for help once and they looked at me like I was crazy or like I was bothering them. If you hate retail so much go work at McDonald’s or something.

Put the grocery store back, they were so rude and unprofessional. The sizing horrible and styles are very bad and everything looked very unorganized. The workers were very lazy after asking sizings and they were sitting right in there face. Hire a whole new crew please.

I honestly don't see why people who have no customer service skills work in places like this.Not all of the ladies who work there are rude it's just the 2 in the front, it's just so ridiculous to be in a place like that and not even feel welcomed. I wanted to try out that particular location because it's bigger and I usually go to the one on Eastern Blvd. I think I'm just going to stick with Eastern Blvd location because they're very rude on Yadkon road.

Workers are extremely rude. Kept yelling that things weren't "ready" when they all had tags and prices on them. Homegirl couldve specified that everything in the middle was not done. At checkout the cashier didn't speak barely wanted to take my cash and give me my change. But to the black girl behind me she was Hella nice talk about some "did u find everything ok?" I guess she doesn't like latinas?? I won't be back. As hard as it is for me to go anywhere with my babies I finally go somewhere to "treat" myself cause I'm always shopping for my babies only to get treated like my presence is an issue. Horrible vibe. No customer service. Firm believer that if u don't like your job get a different one. I'm just glad Fayetteville has more than once store.

When you see customers standing at the register instead of talking to your coworkers acknowledge who is waiting I stood for 25 mins because 3 employees wanted to have their own conversation I witnessed someone come in stand in line then leave because with a line of 3 there was no sense of urgency or assistance to get the customers out the way then continue the conversation….
