I am so disappointed in a store that speaks of inclusivity, hiring people without training them to suggest clothing sizes more sensitively to teenage girls.
My niece walked in and was immediately directed to the plus size by an employee. She ignored it and then it was said to her again. She was just looking at a dress style. This is absolutely not okay. It’s literally prom season and girls shouldn’t be feeling insecure due to an employee lacking tact. This was not okay. She shouldn’t not have been directed anywhere nor should she even experienced this. Please train your employees that it’s not okay to direct a customer to an area of the store they aren’t looking. She never asked for that.

My wife found a good deal at this location and she picked up a few clothes. Kudos to the representative who assisted in retrieving the clothes. Great customer service experience.

Awesome store tons of cute and stylish clothes. Great prices the only drawback is this location is very small so it is very crowded and extremely hard to push a stroller through it.
