Everyone was wonderful. They had new looking used tires for my truck at a great value. I was in and out in 30 minutes. No extra charges. Highly recommend if you need tires but pinching pennies.

This Man is a Con artist. Yesterday I needed a tire size 255/65/R16. This man sends his buddy to the racks with the tires to see if they have it. He comes with a tire but he he didn't want me to inspect it. He wanted me to pay without looking at the tire. I looked at the tire and it was dry rotted! The man that got the tire knew it and he told me it wouldn't last long. The other guy was going to charge me $55 for a tire that would not last a week.When I confronted him he didn't have anything to say. Scam Artist. Yall NEED TOSTART LOOKING AT THESE TIRES especially WOMEN! He will try and sell you a tire that is in bad condition. Pay attention.

Do not go there. I called asking about a specific tire that they told me that they had I drove 20 mi to get it and when I arrived they tell me that they do not have that tire in stock and that the employees have been giving wrong information to customers over the phone. terrible way to run a business

Service was poor, went there on sun feb 11 , but employees give a price then change it exspecially on sundays then hustle u for a tip after work is done avoid this shop

Always have had wonderful fast service here. Usually have the tires I need with a pretty decent selection. Good prices, and open on days most aren't.. but as always with used tires, always check out your tires. Make sure before you drive you check your air pressure and for any bubbles/eggs. ?

Let's start by saying this place doesn't deserve any stars. Everyone should boycott this place so they learn to treat memebers of the community with respect. I arrive to the location for a valve stem. I get out of my car to explain to the gentleman what I need he vulgarly says screams that he'll get to me to wait by my car. So I'm thinking maybe he is overwhelmed give him the benefit of the doubt. So I wait, the next guy come to my car and I tell him I need the valve stem replaced he tells me $10 flat. I agree. The guy gets to work I notice that he isn't using the correct lug to remove the nuts. He uses a 6 point lug instead of a 12 point lug and rounds outall the lugs removing them. I tell him hey you just rounded out the lugs he says I don't have any other tools to remove it with. So at this point I'm making peace that I'm going to have to buy 4 new lugs. The guy puts the valve on and the original rude guy asks the installer how much he quoted and he tells him $10.00 as we agreed. The guy is visibly upset that he quoted $10.00. As I walk with him to the window to pay he tells me it's $15.00 bc Sundays they charge more and that he should have charged me $25.00. And screams at the employee that valve steam for today are $25.00. At this point I see red flags this guy is a scam, but I just want to get out of there and tell him i don't agree with it and he should honor the price originally given. He agressively said no . What happens next is the icing on the cake. I am about to pay by tap and he directs me to tap on the pad. With no visible screen for me to verify what he is charging me. So I tell him let me see the screen before I tap my phone he tells me I don't need to steal your money by charging you more, that his establishment is a multimillion dollar company. YEAH RIGHT...so why won't he let me see the screen? So I tell him again let me see the sceen. As I can see him tapping on the screen again obviously changing the price, to the new total of $15.00. I tap my phone turn around let him know this was a rip off and a horrible experience. He again start screaming from across the parking lot that this is a multimillion dollar company and that they don't need to steal $5.00 from anyone. Knowing that i caught him messing with the screen as to make this seem like my fault. I'm sorry you dont know how to manage your employees, set proper prices, lack the proper communication skills needed for a customer service oriented business as this and most importantly are not practicing ethical behavior. Well let's show this "multimillion dollar company" that treats customers like trash and changes prices last minute once the job is done, to back you into a corner what an honest review can do. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE. Plenty of places on Raeford Rd that do a great job, that will make sure they don't damage your vehicle , treat you with respect and don't changes prices. Very poor customer service from tire tech and young cashier lady they rush you to pay before they even start the work then the price changes when the boss leaves be careful I will never go back and the tires to have to deal with Leo the tire tech he’s a crook!
