The staff at Owen Drive is fantastic however unless you have a Quest account it's impossible to reach anyone on the phone to verify appointment time

check in kiosk was annoying, as there wasn't anyone in the waiting room and it kept telling me that there were no appointments available. The tech was awesome. She made the visit enjoyable.
